First they messed up my order, I asked for a large ice capp and a medium creamy chocolate chill and they gave me a large chocolate chill and a medium ice capp, and on top of that they made the drink really watery and lazily. Then when I went inside to switch the two, they took forever to bring my order as they were chatting and laughing with each other. Joke and laugh amongst yourself but please focus on how you make the food and the customers orders!

Really want to try the maple brown butter scramble egg croissant. Yesterday the nice sauce was on it but no bacon. Today I got sausage instead of bacon and no sauce. Maybe I'm just not meant to try the real thing?

This place used to be my favorite, but unfortunately the new person who takes the orders always makes mistakes and is not welcoming at all. Even his own colleagues mentioned that he repeatedly makes errors. This is not acceptable, as his mistakes cause unnecessary food waste and frustration for customers.
If he were my employee, I would not allow him to continue handling orders—I would assign him to basic tasks like cleaning under direct supervision until he improves.
