The worst part about this Tim Horton’s is the homeless people who sleep in the back of the store. On top of that, I’ve gotten contaminated food, seen the staff steal money, the tables are left dirty, the bathrooms aren’t cleaned….it’s bad.

People in here are not making your order right, they will mess it and it even taste garbage.

I ordered one coffee and two ice capp one guy doesn't understand he gives me one coffee and one ice capp I waiting longer they said you ordered only one ice capp your guys don't understand English how work there is feeling so bad I am not gonna go there any more service is zero

Went there this morning there was 2 cashiers taking orders , 1 nice polite female staff and one male was extremely rude , he had one of his arm hanging up on the top while taking orders looking like he want to fight somebody ......
Update: went there again and service was still terrible it is out of control, seems like the owner already gave up this place

The service was poor. Place was dirty floor and table. The rest room smell bad no fans in the bathroom

Filthy place . The washroom floor is always wet and greasy. They hire temporary Indian workers who won’t follow the cleaning instructions for food processing.

What the hell is going on with tim hortorn??

Order 1-tiramisu cold brew- literally got served black ice coffee. She did made another one as compensation, again, only black ice coffee
2- asked for reg. coffee with expresso shot,received only black coffee with expresso.
3- ordered pinwheel- super dry

Super disappointed! Literally wasted time and money

I came this morning and I order from drive-through Wild berry Sparkling water I had to get down but than were so rude. Customer service is zero.

Service was friendly, however: 1) It's too hot here. This Tim Hortons faces N/W, and get extremely hot. They don't have air conditioning. The heat is unbearable. Other customers that can tolerate this heat seem to have body odor, and I feel disgusted to eat here - in fact the coffee and donut I ordered was left uneaten, and instead, I'm drinking water that i brought with me. 2) It's too bright for laptops or other screens here. The reason it's so hot is because of the intense sunlight that comes in. It's too bright if you have a standard laptop with 400 nits of brightness despite the blinds being drawn. 4) messy. uncleanliness in abundance here. Customers leave stuff on the tables, and they don't get cleaned. Note to owner: don't ask me to go to some wesite and fill stuff out - That's your job.

walked in the Tim Hortons and it felt like they turned up the heat and the temperature outside was 24 degrees feels like 30. the whole place was hot like a sauna. imagine all that food in the heat.
