Dissatisfied would be an understatement for how bad of an experience there was at this tims worker on night shift who is a girl was extremely rude and kept giving dirty stares and making faces at me on top of that she didn’t add any whip cream at all literally none to my ice capp honestly one of the worst tims I have been too in the area

Went here last week out of the blue for a pit stop to my next destination and was hoping to charge my phone while I waited for my next bus, and I was kind of disappointed that there weren't any outlets by the booth. There are two outlets available by the washroom doors so I was able to charge my for there to last me the rest of the day.

Other than that, I had a lovely experience at this Tim Horton's location, the workers were very friendly to me and quick with their service. They were kind in helping me get to the bathroom because I couldn't open the door.

I ordered a chicken wrap and it was made very nicely, it was neatly made and wrapped so the contents weren't falling out or too saucy. I also ordered the new iced pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious, perfect amount of sweetness.

I’m writing to share my experience at this location. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the store was not accepting credit cards, only cash. This caused inconvenience, especially since card payments are a standard expectation for most customers.

Additionally, I encountered rude behavior from the staff, which made the visit unpleasant. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and payment accessibility in the future.

Dear Tim Hortons Team,

I am very disappointed with the service I experienced at your location last night around 3:00 AM. Despite walking nearly 700 meters in the rain just to get a coffee, I was refused service because the store was only accepting cash. They would not take tap payment or accept an online order.

When I explained that I didn’t have cash, instead of trying to assist me or offer any alternative, the staff simply refused to serve me. I had to walk back home in the rain without coffee.

This is extremely poor customer service and a very low standard for such a well-known brand. In today’s time, not accepting card or online payment at all hours is unacceptable and highly inconvenient for customers.

I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take steps to ensure that other customers don’t face such treatment.

The Tim Hortons at 1170 Burnhamthorpe Rd W is a great addition to the plaza. It stands out nicely, especially since the neighboring shops focus mostly on Asian cuisines. The staff here are friendly and consistently serve good steeped teas and coffees. The interior is clean, with ample and spacious seating, making it a comfortable spot to sit and relax. The only downside is that there’s no drive-thru — but overall, a solid location for a quick break or a casual hangout.

I recently visited tim hortons and was impressed by the exceptional service from kirti. she was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent food recommendations. her suggestions were spot on, and I appreciated the time she took to explain the menu. Thanks to kirti for outstanding service, this is my fav tim horton location...I'll definitely come back soon!
