The staff was very nice and quick with the orders. We barely go to Timmies anymore as we often get bad service and the coffee isn't the same as before HOWEVER this store is excellent. We went just before 7am and the cashier (Izza I think her name is?) and the person who provide our coffee were amazing. The other staff were fast with the sandwiches too!

I’ve lived in Canada my whole 23 years of living and this is the worst tim hortons I’ve ever been to service is progressively worse and slower every visit. Employees are always talking to each other and staring at me

Horrible service!! Within 2 weeks they've messed up 5x!!! Sad part is I actually kept going back but today was just horrible!! Messing up on my chicken bowl which I stated Cilantro Lime but instead I got the wrong bowl and spicy as hell and me being sick I did not need this! They made me wait over 8 mins when I was told on 3 mins .. meanwhile I'm there sick and did not need this mess up!! Seriously better training is needed!!

Typical tims but this one is in the esso, if it wasn't for the crazy construction that's endless around the area it would be easier to go there but there's usually a long line of cars. Still okay though what you'd expect.

Very pathetic service. I ordered a rice bowl and asked for a bag. They didn’t even sealed my bowl and everything spilled in the bag. Everyone seems to be in a hurry . Totally disappointed

The team was so energetic and friendly, which really made my morning. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced of Tims so far! It’s a busy and quite tricky drive through lane but can’t complain as it’s at the gas station.

I love to come this place because they are always ready to help customers and make according to the choices of customers. They make a croissant for me stuffed with hash brown and other things this is not included in their menu but they make it. I really enjoyed being here and there way of welcome always make me to come to this place.

I would like to share a review on my visit to Tim hortons a Sardar boy Iqbal helped me with my order. First, of all he was very nice to me he helped me in figuring up their order then I saw he was controlling over the floor very nicely as there drive thru was going busy. But this man gave excellent performance while working and making there customer’s happy.. Good job guys!!
