Avoid this location at all cost..!! I don’t understand how does a steep tea look like this.. I have had issues with this location multiple times before as well, but I let it go. I thought it’s okay, staff must be new. But this time, I feel enough is enough.. Do u mix coffee with tea? Or give stale tea to a customer? Please let me know!

I usually pop in to grab a coffee in the morning. I love the cheerfulness of all the Filipinos working there. It's loud, fun, and feel cozy (which is pretty cool for a gas station coffee shop). Service is quick (as quick as you'd expect, given a never-ending drive-thru line)
Parking: You can park in the front or the back of the gas station.

Not that I like to tell people where to grab their coffee but this Location 1212 Southdown Road Tim Hortons is the Best! The Best meaning it's the Best Tim Horton's in Town. Morning staff are very Friendly and the coffee is always Fresh. Every morning I grabbed my 2 Large Triple Triple, Pam Lita and Carousel knew my voice and don't even need to tell that I want. Once I said Good Morning they're very happy to response and said ok Buddy got your Coffee see you at the window. Thank you for the lovely smile and positive vibes every morning they gave it to me. The people got my order wrong and argued with me instead of just replacing my bagel with cream cheese. Instead just of wasting my gas and giving me attitude they could’ve just given me what I had asked for the first time.
I had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons this morning. I ordered an oat milk latte with vanilla syrup, but what I received was just hot oat milk no coffee at all…It seems the staff simply forgot to add the coffee, which is frustrating since this is supposed to be a coffee shop. Sadly, I only noticed after I got to work, which made it even worse and completely ruined my morning.

This place gives Filipino's a bad name. Apart from speaking poorly of customers in a different language, making fun of them behind the counter, yelling and making ordering a simple coffee an absolute nightmare, it's not surprising that they even go as far as ignoring any specific request purposely because apparently it does not meet "Tim Horton's Standards".
All I did was ask for my drink to be stirred and each time I do, it never gets done. When I give it back and ask politely for it to be stirred I'm then ridiculed by the staff who start to gossip in Filipino (yes, I understood you) and told this is not how Tim Horton's serves it.
If you hate your job and your life this much that a simple customer request like stirring a beverage causes you to act like a child then find another line of work because clearly customer service is not for you.
I'll be going to a different location from now on and I suggest others do the same. I'll never spend a dime here again specifically for the reason of the low quality staff.
