A friend and I decided to stop by for breakfast and had one of the worst experience at this location. Trying to order, the speaker was first a female then a male so it made it quite difficult to tell who was taking our order with everyone talking over one another.
When we did order, the male speaker was rude and unprofessional. We ordered a combo wanting a hashbrown but he didn’t hear us the three times we said it… Then he added the wrong drink and when we pointed it out he said “We already made it”. Nope!
When we got our order, no bag. Wrong sandwich topping and wrong large drink. Last time we will go to this location.

An hour and a half before close and they already put bagels away and closed the food station .....I said well I still want a bagel and they refused because they said they turned off the machine .....seems like employees are helping the company lose money

Avoid this location at all cost..!! I don’t understand how does a steep tea look like this.. I have had issues with this location multiple times before as well, but I let it go. I thought it’s okay, staff must be new. But this time, I feel enough is enough.. Do u mix coffee with tea? Or give stale tea to a customer? Please let me know!

I usually pop in to grab a coffee in the morning. I love the cheerfulness of all the Filipinos working there. It's loud, fun, and feel cozy (which is pretty cool for a gas station coffee shop). Service is quick (as quick as you'd expect, given a never-ending drive-thru line)
Parking: You can park in the front or the back of the gas station.

Can confirm that the drinks and food at this specific timmies hit. The taste never changes, it’s always good. The morning crew is so nice despite the crazy number of people they service since it’s right across Clarkson Go. Shout out Carousel and Pam who we see with smiles every morning!

Not that I like to tell people where to grab their coffee but this Location 1212 Southdown Road Tim Hortons is the Best! The Best meaning it's the Best Tim Horton's in Town. Morning staff are very Friendly and the coffee is always Fresh. Every morning I grabbed my 2 Large Triple Triple, Pam Lita and Carousel knew my voice and don't even need to tell that I want. Once I said Good Morning they're very happy to response and said ok Buddy got your Coffee see you at the window. Thank you for the lovely smile and positive vibes every morning they gave it to me.
