Food is great (for Tim Hortons standards in 2025). But their staff are some of the most slow moving individuals I have ever seen. They take their time, talk to one another like it's a social club and sometimes they prepare food and leave it on their counter without calling out for who actually ordered it. Not only that, they don't care about how much they fill up the coffee cup. I used a 20% off coupon from the Tim Hortons app. What did I get in return? A 20% LESS amount of coffee. I mean it's just ridiculous. Just learn to take pride in your work. It is so bad that I have seen the manager put his workers in their place while people are around watching. Better communication among staff would result in a much better Tim Hortons branch and a better experience for UTM students.

I came to this Tims during the summer vacation. Unfortunately, their service is still chaotic, just like when there are a lot of customers. Last semester, I had the experience that the staff could not hear my request and ordered the wrong thing, even ordering coffee instead of pizza. This time I asked for iced coffee, the staff repeated it, and unfortunately gave me a hot cup. This kind of chaos should be stopped, and the staff should work more attentively.

Terrible service and very unprofessional staff! I am a university student and also lived on campus during my first year! Every time you go there, staff is always irritated and speak harshly! Food is terrible and even the very basic beverages are bad! You don’t get what you order, I ordered a Coffee Mocha and the lady gave me something else. The other time I told them to put no cream in the iced coffee and they still did. When I told them that I don’t want this, the same lady gave me a look and did not remake it for me! The bagel that I ordered seemed to be a cream cheese sandwich! Go there at your risk, you will be disappointed! As students, we are already exhausted and these things with the food and attitude really upsets us!
