Had a few times where threy started to pour coffee, and then poured tea into the same cup, ended up with some weird hybrid.Got a dutchie today and it was filled with chocolate? Not the dutchie I grew up with. They dont make the donuts on site so no idea which location made them

Go to this location daily. At least 3 times a week order is wrong. Line back up for 10 mins. Today ordered 2 iced coffees and when I get to window 2 large ice Capps handed to me and say that's wrong. Then they said they can't take it back, but want to charge me for their mistake. Changing locations.

Coffee is never consistent and service is mediocre. Worst Tim's I've ever been to!
Service is really poor. 4 to 5 staff members work but none is willing to serve guest inside the store. Drive through is recomended
