I love this location. Always gets my drink right, and Hanifa is AMAZING. Everytime I see her at the window, she makes my day. Amazing friendly staff. Best Tims in Missisauga

The service at this Tim Hortons is abysmal. The place is unbearably hot inside, and I honestly think that’s why the employees come across as rude—it must be miserable working in those conditions. I actually feel bad for them; no one should have to work in that kind of environment. The owners really need to fix the air circulation or AC, because it’s unacceptable for both staff and customers. Honestly, the employees should consider taking action against the management for such poor working conditions. Until things improve, I’d avoid this location.

Every single time i go they get my order wrong. The past 4 visits every time either the entire order is incorrect or atleast one thing is wrong. Worth it to just go across the street and walk in and avoid this store. The amount of time wasted getting them to remake everything, you can just walk in across the street and get it right the first time.
Absolutely horrendous service. There were four people working and all preparing orders for drive thru. One of the team member started helping the front but he was told to only do Drive thru. I asked for everything bagel double toasted with butter and got a lightly toasted bagel. This is not the first time this has happened. They don’t apologize but give attitude.

I’ve been coming to the Tim Hortons at 4040 Creditview Rd regularly, and I’m always impressed with the service. The staff here are consistently friendly, welcoming, and efficient. They do a great job with the drinks — well-made and served with a smile almost every time. It’s clear they care about keeping customers happy. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations in the area!

I’ve given this Tim Hortons multiple chances, but every visit has been a bad experience. The customer service is consistently poor — staff are often rude, unprofessional, and careless. Orders are frequently wrong, items are missing, and there’s no effort to fix the issue or apologize.
On my last visit during Camp Day, I wasn’t allowed to use my points — something that wasn’t announced or posted anywhere. When I asked what would happen if a customer had no money, the staff member casually said, “They’d have to leave.” That response shocked me. It was cold, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of care for customers.
It’s disappointing to see such a well-known brand treat people this way. This location seriously needs retraining and better management.
