I really hate to say this, but I placed my order at the kiosk and received it after 22 minutes. I even had to get up and inform the front server that I was still waiting for my order.
As a result, I was late for work and didn’t have enough time to enjoy what I ordered.
My order was simple: • 1 Biscoff latte • 1 everything bagel toasted with butter • 1 donut
I don’t want to blame any one person, as I understand this is a teamwork issue. However, I was also disappointed that no one apologized before handing over my order.
I kindly ask that responsibility be taken to ensure all customers are served equally. The drive-thru should not always be the top priority.
The best tim hortons I get the very fast service every time I visit. The team is very helpful. I like to come here often

I visited that store yesterday and there was a guy I think Jasmine over there and he works at drive thru everytime. I just wanna let you know he is amazing. He handles drive thru alone most of the time especially in evening. Instead of working alone his customer service is the best amongst all others. I know him from last 5-6 months and always come with my family. He never disappoints any of us.
