I am getting my coffee everyday from here, its been twice the donuts are not fresh. Maybe the left overs from the previous day/s. Also we need to be very loud and repeat on drive through, probably the mics are not good quality....

I came to this store just around 5 min. Ago, i ordered 2 steeped tea and Brown sugar Iced latte with no ice, first of all I just got regular iced latte, what is the purpose of paying $4.35 for brown sugar iced latte if I am getting regular latte with with Iced cubes in it and this is not the first time, whenever I get something from this store, there is something wrong in it I never posted any review. But this is too much, its high time give correct order for once at least so that customers can enjoy their meals.

Very disappointed with your weekend supervisor AMAAN who is extremely RUDE, UNFRIENDLY & has a very LOUD MOUTH. Not a good role model to the staff.
She is very rude not only to the customers but to the staff as well and we can see that other staff members are working with so much stress and fear of being yelled at in front of customers. Not in English but in her own native language (rude). She is now in Canada and not India so grow up.
Classic example - she lets them work at the back while there is such a long line up and we, being regular or should I say daily customers have noticed that customer get so annoyed standing in line, so they leave.
Is this something that your head office should ignore???
Numerous complaints have been made to the store Managers but they are being ignored merely because they cannot find supervisors to hire.
As a result customers like us are stuck with someone who is good for nothing and it reflects so bad on Tim Hortons hiring process.
WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.
You should hire more staff like Ms Jashwinder who’s hard work, her friendly and welcoming personality, patience and who deals with the staff like how a supervisor should. It’s sad how deserving staff who works so hard goes unnoticed.
That’s all I can say because I’m so frustrated.
I m hoping for the sake of all staff, this should be seriously taken into consideration and not IGNORED. Thank you
