Store # 101712 Very disappointed with your weekend supervisor AMAAN who is extremely RUDE, UNFRIENDLY & has a very LOUD MOUTH. Not a good role model to the staff. She is very rude not only to the customers but to the staff as well and we can see that other staff members are working with so much stress and fear of being yelled at in front of customers. Not in English but in her own native language (rude). She is now in Canada and not India so grow up. Classic example - she lets them work at the back while there is such a long line up and we, being regular or should I say daily customers have noticed that customer get so annoyed standing in line, so they leave. Is this something that your head office should ignore??? Numerous complaints have been made to the store Managers but they are being ignored merely because they cannot find supervisors to hire. As a result customers like us are stuck with someone who is good for nothing and it reflects so bad on Tim Hortons hiring process. WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE. You should hire more staff like Ms Jashwinder who’s hard work, her friendly and welcoming personality, patience and who deals with the staff like how a supervisor should. It’s sad how deserving staff who works so hard goes unnoticed. That’s all I can say because I’m so frustrated. I m hoping for the sake of all staff, this should be seriously taken into consideration and not IGNORED. Thank you

I ordered a brown sugar iced latte from this location and was really disappointed to find the cup filled with more ice than coffee—more than half of it was just ice. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had with them.

Staff doing really good job they were crazy busy but still they were doing their best I really appreciate their system Everything was organized at store by manager she is workiNg there since many years , her experience always speaks during work with her staff

Very Worst experience…When I asked a crew member(tall Indian guy with specs) if I can use the washroom. He said no rudely, but I saw a lady was just coming out of the washroom. How come he is selectively allowing people to use the washroom.. it’s racism. I was about to buy food but his behaviour made me frustrated so I left without placing the order..Never come back here

I come this store very often but on Thursday evening when i went to this store, the guy name Tushar was taking my order the way he behaved with me was very disrespectful. While making my order he mix tea pots to make my tea and I said please give from one tea pot, he said I used one tea pot he totally lied from his viens. The employee got involved and apologized, make a new tea for me. I request to the management please give him some customer service tips.
There were 2 lady working in the middle of the night and they were so kind and helpful. Store was open in the middle of the night that’s really nice to find a place opens midnight around.

I just ordered 2 bagels and steeped tea from this tim location and bagels turned out burnt , tea was also not fresh, when i told the guy working over there in night shift, he said it’s fresh. It’s my 4th-5th experience here, everytime bagels turned out burnt. Very disappointed
