Very Worst experience…When I asked a crew member(tall Indian guy with specs) if I can use the washroom. He said no rudely, but I saw a lady was just coming out of the washroom. How come he is selectively allowing people to use the washroom.. it’s racism. I was about to buy food but his behaviour made me frustrated so I left without placing the order..Never come back here

I come this store very often but on Thursday evening when i went to this store, the guy name Tushar was taking my order the way he behaved with me was very disrespectful. While making my order he mix tea pots to make my tea and I said please give from one tea pot, he said I used one tea pot he totally lied from his viens. The employee got involved and apologized, make a new tea for me. I request to the management please give him some customer service tips.

There were 2 lady working in the middle of the night and they were so kind and helpful. Store was open in the middle of the night that’s really nice to find a place opens midnight around.

I just ordered 2 bagels and steeped tea from this tim location and bagels turned out burnt , tea was also not fresh, when i told the guy working over there in night shift, he said it’s fresh. It’s my 4th-5th experience here, everytime bagels turned out burnt. Very disappointed

Probably one of the worst locations you can visit. I have been going to this location for several years everyday as it close to work. I have to repeat my order at least three times. Then the wait is 15-20 minutes. When I get to the window they usually have the wrong item or they put sugar in my latte. As I am sugar intolerant this is a waste of my money. Service is pathetic here the people don't speak English and I am from India myself. I would go to another location but it is too far. Very sad!!!

His positive attitude makes the atmosphere welcoming, and he is always polite and professional. The entire staff is also great, providing excellent service every time. Within a 7 business day span my order was wrong four times. Ordered a bacon farmers wrap and everytime it had sausage in it which I'm allergic to. I called and they told me to come and have it changed but I start work at 6am and don't have time to go back. Woke up early today to go see a manager to get a voucher because I had to give away close 20 dollars of product. When I asked to see a manager for a voucher I was told no one starts until 7am, and I'm already at work. Ok, I'll come at 4pm after work to which I was told manager leaves at 4pm. So I'm essentially being told no one with any authority to issue a voucher is on location between 4pm and 7am ? What a load! Never coming back to this location. Get your act together or go work somewhere else where customer service isn't involved
