I asked for a double blended ice cap, this is what I got. Unblended. She refused to change it because it was “already made”. This is a reoccurring experience here. Do not recommend.

Amanat Kaur, the assistant store manager, could have made my experience 20 times better, but she is the reason for this complaint.
I have been disrespected but never ignored at the window. From start to finish, she didn’t greet me. Didn’t speak to me. I told her she gave me the wrong order and she didn’t even acknowledge that. And then.. she started to rush me out, about “NEXT CUSTOMER” are you trying to cause an accident in your drive through line, because who are you talking to???
So now I’m asking for a manager. She’s the manager in charge on that day lol okay. So I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. She was also not wearing a name tag.
I asked several workers who were behind her, what’s her name and they also refused to tell me. Navneet, do better. I was asking for her name and was not being a threat whatsoever.
Carelessness and ignorance is what this store values!
You will never see me step foot in here again ?? dirty, disrespectful and flat out RUDE.
If you like to feel valued as a customer, don’t come here.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Consistently rude service (always on their phones) and slow even with no other customers. They have a hard time getting orders correct
I visited there 23 July around 2.15afternoon the girl there was talking on phone and came on counter after 5 minutes to take my order and when I started speaking she just left and started making order even without listening order properly that was super rude and she was still talking with someone on phone using AirPods .. like is she was real…. Super annoying she does not have basic manners how to treat with customers no greeting or anything. I want to buy some snacks also but she made my drink and came at counter with drink. Zero customer service. Please check on your employees what are they doing in your absence. Never ever visiting here again.
