The lady at the drive through window and the one that takes the orders is ridiculously rude. She does not know how to talk to customers and had so much attitude it’s unbelievable. The name tag was too faded otherwise I would have complained to corporate.

Small and cozy little Tim’s! I often go there because it’s close to my work. The staff are always friendly and greet me with a smile. They never seem annoyed, even if I take a bit of time to decide, change my order, or ask for extra sugar or milk — unlike some other Tim Hortons locations. I really appreciate their patience and great service

I’m really disappointed with the hygiene at this Tim Hortons. I watched a worker use the same knife to cut bagels and then use that same knife to press buttons on the machine because she couldn’t reach them. That’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable for a food establishment. Management really needs to address proper food-handling practices.
