In Response to Tyanna Fletchers review: I was standing there when she was screaming at your worker Andre. All he was doing was defending himself as she was attacking him. Had she had asked nicely, I'm sure he wouldn't have had to defend himself and did what she asked with a smile on his face.
You're right Tyanna, no one said anything but there was a reason for that. 1) no one could believe you were speaking to another human being like that with such disrespect and malus. 2) no one wanted to engage with you to set you off even more.
Yes I do agree the manager should have stepped in but if you don't like the service there, you have the choice to go somewhere else, and no one deserves your abuse before their morning coffee.
I commend Andre for calling her ma'am as a sign of respect even though she doesn't know that means.

Andre the new guy working there needs to go. He just cursed me out in front of all the customers, employees and manager. And no one said anything. No one told him to stop! All of this bcuz I asked him to fill my ice Capp up a little more! I’m so embarrassed! Someone needs to do something about this asap!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years on my way to work. The other day I saw the lady take the handful of change I gave her with her blue gloves on and then immediately turn around and make my croissant with THE SAME BLUE GLOVES! I spoke up and asks them “hey what’s going on! That’s my food you just took all my coins with those gloves?!” She just looked at me smirked and giggled to her co worker. No response. I can’t go here anymore, I’d be rolling the dice on food poisoning.

Worst time hortons I have ever been to!! This Tim hortons falls on my way to work, so I usually stop by for coffee or breakfast, whenever I’m late and don’t have time to drive to other location. Out of my 8-9 visits, they gave me wrong orders 4-5 times. At first, i thought probably they did it by mistake in drive thru. Then I started going in store, and still they continued giving me wrong coffee/bagels, even when i was the only person in store. Their service is pathetic, and am never going there again!!!
