So… I made order online for 4 dozens donuts at 7 am, press option to pick it up in 15 min. When I came there they only start packing it. But then some guy came (worker of Tim H), in the mask behind the counter and start blaming me for how big my order is and early it’s in the morning. Not asking me to do it next time from the evening, not suggesting me, BLAMING ME… This would be 1 star review (cause some “human” ruins my B-day mood from the start of the day), but the girl who made my order was really nice 😊

Friendly employees, nice atmosphere. I went there 2 days ago in the evening, although they had few staffs and a lot customers were waiting, they tried to do their best to serve the customers faster and nicely. I had a good experience in this store.

This Tim Hortons on had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They made my visit enjoyable with quick service and a positive attitude!

The service is hit or miss. Sometimes, you'll get a smiling server, at other times, you'll get an enraged one. Also, the customers here are quite messy, and because of quick in and out, the place is not the most tidiest. This is why, I prefer going in...ordering my stuff, and getting out ASAP.
Also, I've seen some customers literally come here and chill... like its their frikkin lounge. With feet up (including shoes) on the couches... there's gotta be some rules / decorum maintained.
Hygiene could be improved for sure.

Every time the coffee is not fresh, I hope the officials will follow up on this matter because I will never tolerate if something happens to me because of expired coffee. I often told them that my stomach hurts if the coffee is not fresh
