The service is hit or miss. Sometimes, you'll get a smiling server, at other times, you'll get an enraged one. Also, the customers here are quite messy, and because of quick in and out, the place is not the most tidiest. This is why, I prefer going in...ordering my stuff, and getting out ASAP.
Also, I've seen some customers literally come here and chill... like its their frikkin lounge. With feet up (including shoes) on the couches... there's gotta be some rules / decorum maintained.
Hygiene could be improved for sure.

Every time the coffee is not fresh, I hope the officials will follow up on this matter because I will never tolerate if something happens to me because of expired coffee. I often told them that my stomach hurts if the coffee is not fresh

Everything is ok here but the service is the worst i have ever seen. I usually go there but when i ask for boston cream the girl at front told that they don't have but but they had it because i saw it. So i asked the another guys working there then he told that they have and he gives the boston cream
