This Tim Hortons location is currently undergoing renovations, but they’re still doing a great job serving customers. Even with the construction, the drive-thru and take-out service remain open, which is super convenient. The staff is friendly and efficient, and orders come out just as quick as usual. It’s nice to see they’re improving the place without disrupting customer service too much.

I have been to many Tim Horton's restaurants around Ontario and by far Tim Hortons # 102438 really left a fantastic impression on what service really means. The staff at this particular location really impressed me with the kindness, customer service and knowledge. Particularly Gemma, Soham and Gina. They are the face of this Tim Hortons restaurant and believe me when I say I was glad to have met these three amazing ladies. I would definitely recommend this location just to be greeted by them. Thank you for brightening up my day. I'm glad I chose this location to get my Tim's coffee.

This tim Hortons at night around 6 pm is the worst takes forever in the drive through and very rude people need thoroughl training in customer service. It’s the exact opposite of the morning crew. Avoid this branch in the afternoon and night.

I had a very disappointing experience at your Tim Hortons. I ordered a steeped tea (triple-triple) and a medium coffee (double-double), and both were made very badly. The tea tasted awful and was not prepared properly, and the coffee was also terrible. Very unhappy with the quality and service.

They don’t even know how to put the coffee lids on and put the coffee properly into the trays. Bring back the good Tim Hortons what’s become of it is a joke

While the service was generally prompt, the overall experience was marred by a noticeable lack of cleanliness. Specifically, I observed two flies inside the cafe during my visit. What was particularly concerning was the sight of uncovered vegetables at the food preparation area. This raises immediate red flags about the cafe's hygiene practices and food safety standards.
Flies and uncovered food items are simply unacceptable in a food establishment. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a cleaner and safer environment for their customers.
