Ive tried their breakfast sandwiches multiples times. They are all dried. The Bagel BLT is supposed to have mayo to this sandwich. It doesnt. The bagel is so dry...its like biting into cardboard.
The only positive thing I could say is that the driver thru is quick. But maybe because thr skimp on your bagel BLT.

Best experience ever at Tim Hortons! The service was amazing, especially from the white lady who I believe might be the store manager. She went out of her way to help me fix my drink that I had bought from another location, which I really appreciated. She was soo kind and genuinely cared about making my experience right. Great customer service like this makes a huge difference. Thank you so much!

I regularly travel from the Queen and Chinguacousy area to visit this Tim Hortons because of the consistently welcoming, attentive, and polite service. Although this location is not on my usual route, I make the effort to come here due to the excellent hospitality. I would especially like to recognize SATINDER HARA , who works at the drive-thru. She is extremely courteous, cooperative, and genuinely friendly. Her positive attitude and professionalism make a noticeable difference, and she kindly provided me with survey coupons during my visit. The food quality is always excellent, and the service remains consistently high. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such a high standard. I look forward to visiting again.

Not even 1 star. I ordered a chicken bowl through the app. After work I was hungry. Then after arriving at the drive through the guy said he don't have bowl or wraps only drinks. Then I asked for the refund then, he said no manager or supervisor and I have to come in the morning to get the refund. Then I asked why should I come again, you can do the refund. Then he comeback at me saying 'that is your order not my order' disappointing customer service at this tim. It's ok if they don't have food but the way that guy replied to in the situation and he didn't even try to do a refund. He acted like if I ordered I should do the refund myself. The same scenario happened at a oakville tim hortons and that person politely said he has to call and ask from supervisor/manager ad gave the refund. This guy at 39 Aventura ct tim hortons was like if you ordered get the refund yourself not my business. He also said I'm not the manager or supervisor. Really disappointing customer service at 39 Aventura CT tim.
