This tim Hortons at night around 6 pm is the worst takes forever in the drive through and very rude people need thoroughl training in customer service. It’s the exact opposite of the morning crew. Avoid this branch in the afternoon and night.

I had a very disappointing experience at your Tim Hortons. I ordered a steeped tea (triple-triple) and a medium coffee (double-double), and both were made very badly. The tea tasted awful and was not prepared properly, and the coffee was also terrible. Very unhappy with the quality and service.

I'm writing this review for a recent visit to this particular Tim Hortons, which unfortunately left me with significant hygiene concerns, leading to a 2-star rating.
While the service was generally prompt, the overall experience was marred by a noticeable lack of cleanliness. Specifically, I observed two flies inside the cafe during my visit. What was particularly concerning was the sight of uncovered vegetables at the food preparation area. This raises immediate red flags about the cafe's hygiene practices and food safety standards.
Flies and uncovered food items are simply unacceptable in a food establishment. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a cleaner and safer environment for their customers.

I always receive fantastic service at Tim Hortons, especially on Sundays. The staff are exceptionally friendly, fast, and professional — even during the busy rush. They greet customers with a smile, get every order right, and keep the place clean and welcoming. Their teamwork and positive attitude make my Sunday visits a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this location for its amazing staff and great service!
The issue at this Tim Hortons isn’t just order mistakes — it’s the consistent rude attitude from 2-3 of the female staff members working both day and night shifts.
Our most recent visit was around 12:30 AM on Monday night. We ordered 2 steeped teas, but only received one. When we tried to clarify, the staff member didn’t even open the window to listen — just ignored us with a cold stare and walked off. Eventually, she opened it and asked if we wanted a glass of water… seriously? No apology, no eye contact, just ego and attitude the entire time.
We live nearby and come here often with family, but this isn’t a one-off — it’s happened multiple times. Same few staff, same behavior: dismissive, impatient, and zero customer service skills. Honestly feels like they think they’re doing us a favor by showing up to work.
This location seriously needs better management oversight and proper staff training. Tim Hortons stands for warmth and hospitality — this crew is giving the exact opposite.
