Then through the pickup wndow while picking up my order I asked that did you heat it but still they didn't answered and gave me my order🤐 like they are paying for my food. Don't go there in the evening time try to find any other location. . Specifically the older worker. He is to rude and don't have sense how to talk to someone.

Extremely Rude drive thru staff!
I asked for pretzel bites, and I thought maybe she mis heard me, because she very rudely responded “pretzels!??” I said yes those pretzel bites. Her tone couldn’t be more condescending, like I was stupid for thinking Tim Hortons would sell pretzel bites, something I have ordered before at other locations and are widely advertised. She responded multiple times with “Ya why would we have pretzels” almost like she was laughing at me. Made me feel bad about myself like I was in the wrong.
This is not the first time I have had an experience similar to this at this location. This ownership needs to put in some serious thought to how this place is running and what training they are giving to their staff. So disappointed and honestly feeling bad about myself now from this interaction.
Staff member named Waheed is also consistently rude, unprofessional and makes inappropriate comments to women. I have heard stories of very worrying statements from people who have interacted with him. Namely inappropriate behaviours with young female staff members.
Reflects extremely poorly on the staff, the owner John, and Tim Hortons. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the corporate office regarding this location. I will not be returning.

I visited this Tim Hortons location shortly before 10:25PM, but the experience was disappointing. The staff was already busy cleaning and refused to serve me coffee even though it was not closing time yet. If the store is open until 11, customers should still be served. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves customer service
