I live in the area and I’ve been coming to this Tims as long as they’ve been open as it’s very convenient. That being said I would go out of my way to come to this tims even if wasnt close as the service is 100% and staff are absolutely delightful. Since I have been coming here all of the staff have made an effort to know my name and always greet me by my first name the moment I step inside. The theme song from Cheers comes to mind. That’s the difference between good customer service and excellent customer service, those little personal details are what makes me love this place. I highly recommend stopping by for a double double and taking a break from all your worries if you are in the area…..
