The worst ever place for fast food. Went to a Tim Horton place on Derry Rd for the first time as a visitor to Canada. The people who work here have no sense of customer service let alone common courtesy. The people were outright rude. The chain needs to spend some money to hire good people and train them. Just putting people there and pay cheap labor is going to ruin the brand name, if there is any left. The girl who took the order was not happy to take the order since she had to put down her mobile. No greeting or anything whatsoever. She just didn't want to be there. When asked for a bag to carry all the food she gave a small bag that tore apart and food fell on the table. When asked for a big bag she said bags were only for delivery. When we came back it turned out they food items we ordered were missing. They had still charged us for those when we checked the total amount charged on the card. They didn't give a receipt either. The rudeness of the people could be fixed with some food customer centric training.

Seems like a convenient location. Unfortunately they did not give all of the items in my order, and they failed to provide a receipt so I was not able to get those items replaced or refunded. They were also somewhat curt and unkind which was unnecessary.

I visit this Tim Hortons almost everyday and they never disappoint. The coffee is consistently fresh, and the staff (Jassan )always remember my usual order. It’s nice to see familiar, friendly faces who truly care about good service.
please speak english when u have people in line not right all talking thier language and to each employs drive throu dont fill ice caps

I wish i can give zero stars , just now i have ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the bun was not thawed and the girl who is working in the evening shift directly went and kept in microwave without even putting any sheet under it , ( i mean if its not available say that to customers but don’t ruin their health) and when i looked at her she pretend to be roaming here and there and got me another one when she realized it. I mean , you guys are not giving me for free and i was paying for that atleast maintain hygiene after all its a food. This is it , never gonna step in. Worst worst worst .
