Very bad service. I visited on 13 feb 2025 Thursday around 5:25. I was their only customer ordered 2 drinks, one of them was iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. I got the drink , the coffee was looking pretty black. I don’t like strong coffee, so I asked her for extra cream, she replied “i have added” again I requested to add more, she added more cream and gave me the coffee. Couldn’t even bothered herself to mix that cream, whole no other customer there. Then I asked her to mix the cream, she replied “it’s cream it will mixed by itself” , Again I requested her to mix that. Then she showed me stir stick, So i can mix that by myself.
I could had understand if there was customer rush. But No customer except me, still no customer service. Very rude.

I usually come here Saturday and Sunday morning for coffee. While some of the staff greet you with “ yes “ or look at you right in the eyes and walk away from the register , if you are lucky enough to be served by Riya you are in for a treat. Her service is exceptional and she is very professional and always a pleasure to deal with . Keep up the great work Riya and thank you for great service !!!!!! Tim Hortons should make her a manager !!

Very polite staff and they were very quick with my orders every time
What happened??? It's been a while since I had a farmers wrap. Use to be a filling breakfast. Today it was 1/3 of the size. Didn't hit fillings until the forth bite. Not sure how you can get a sausage patty to be paper thin. Same with the hash brown. There is just little value for my $.
