I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons recently, primarily due to the behaviour of the manager, Marvic. I placed an order and requested that my item be toasted, but she outright refused and handed it to me cold. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and decided to return the food, she followed me while yelling in the hallway, complaining about me directly to me and making me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable.
It's unacceptable for a manager to treat customers this way. Instead of providing service, she created a hostile environment. I believe Marvic should be reviewed for her management skills, as this experience has left me with a negative impression of the establishment. I hope they address this issue for the sake of their customers.

This Tim Hortons is insanely slow. Even when it isn't busy (and they have no mobile orders on the board) it takes ages to get anything from them even if it is just a coffee/tea. I have used them regularly and multiple times walked away without my items because the wait just wasn't worth it. Strange because the CVH Tim's is just as busy and runs flawlessly.

During my hospital visit, My son was hungry and asked for flatbread pizza. To my disappointment, the Flatbread was dry, the bacon burned and there was barely any cheese on the bread.
Dont like hospitals only go for them 👍

Regularly wait around 8 mins for a coffee that I pre ordered through the app. Terrible co ordination behind the counter.

When you're limited in a hospital because you're visiting a sick relative, you want nice comfort food. Sadly, this Tim Hortons is awful. Stale timbits and their lunch time sandwiches are inedible (never eat their crispy chicken sandwich, unbelievably bad!). This is the fourth time I've ordered from them and I'm so disappointed. Avoid at all costs! And such a shame- just when you need sugar& coffee the most.

DO NOT ORDER a BAGEL w/ CREAM CHEESE here. We ordered 2 bagels - not only were the type of bagels incorrect - The cream cheese was spread like butter - Basically non-existent! These people just rip you off of quality for their own profit.

i only asked about my order as it has been 10 minutes since my order and the person making my food gave me a bad look and thought i was accusing her when i only wanted to clarify if my order had even been processed, which it turned out it hadn’t. no sorry or anything, i understand it gets busy but i didn’t appreciate the attitude. reading the reviews, im not the only one who has had a similar experience.

Teach your employs about how to handle food. They have gloves on touch bread with same glove after using a dirty rag to clean surfaces. Need to change gloves after each order and not touch there hair before each order. This is why people are continuosly sick.

So, it was the one at the main entrance and the staff is so disrespectful especially the girl wearing hijab. She was literally staring at me while standing on the counter instead of asking me for my order. Is this your customer service? If you are working in field like this you at least should have the manner to greet people or should know how to talk with the customer. Adding into that, I ordered medium coffee with half ice. And she gave me large with extra ice. Like what’s the point of that? And they are not giving it to you, they just put it on the shelf and after sometime you have to ask for your order and then they will say ohh it’s just right over here. In short they are being rude and disrespecting secondly the order is not the same what you have ordered and last but not least you have to ask for your order if it’s ready or not. You guys really need to improve your skills and learn how to treat customers. I don’t know if I was the one who experienced this.
