There is a new employee who have been working here at the north entrance approximately 2 months or so now. She seem to be very slow and always standing around not knowing what to do. She is standing while the other staff members are struggling to keep up with the usual rush. She needs to be more efficient and act with some sort of urgency.

Some crew are nice some are not. But I like Russell on the main side. She always has a cute smile every time she serves me.

This is just a little Tim Hortons that pretty much does serve everything considering it size being so small. He definitely doesn’t have you know the same atmosphere as other Timmy’s because it’s in the middle of the hospital. They don’t really have you know tables to sit at. They tend to have a few off the side, but they’re very limited overall I find the service to be pretty efficient here. However they do tend to stack up food orders so you go and order a coffee and just a coffee and they fill the coffee for you when you go but if you get a coffee and something else you end up in a Q line with you, maybe five or six other people before you waiting for their things to be made and I do find that they seem to be under a little bit of pressure And sometimes things aren’t made as well as they could be.

Generally, Tim Hortons used to have. I think it was a 20 minute policy general that once upon was made within 20 minutes they would remake it but now that they use these very large thermal containers you kind of have to wonder how fresh the coffee is at the very end of it even if it is warm. Often times when I order I just ask for a fresh pot and sometimes the response they give me is oh it’s hot you know but hot doesn’t necessarily mean it’s fresh. You can reheat three day old food and it’s hot but it’s not fresh anymore.

None of this though was really exclusive to this Tim Hortons so it’s pretty much systemic you know across all of the locations so there’s nothing to really fault these guys for if anything the way that they operate for people just ordering a coffee is great when you’re not ordering food, you don’t get stuck in that Q line whereas other Tim Hortons, where they serve you completely out the cash register it takes quite a bit longer to go through the line Q, especially when you’re just trying to order something like a coffee

Lastly, well, of course this is not location specific it’s Tim Hortons specific I really am not a big fan of the new kind of cracked egg style where you know you have the egg white and the yolk separate which is kind of similar to what McDonald’s has been doing but their previous kind of scrambled egg thing they fold over three or four times really was kind of disgusting however, I actually used to like the scrambled egg patty so to speak that they used to use in their breakfast sandwiches now I don’t even order them anymore it’s just not the same

I had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. I ordered a Farmer’s Egg and Cheese Wrap, and it looked like the employee didn’t even want to make it properly. There was barely any chipotle sauce—just one tiny drop—and the wrap was put together carelessly. When I asked for a poly bag, she made faces and acted like she didn’t want to give it. This kind of attitude and poor service is not what I expect from Tim Hortons. Really disappointed with today’s visit.

Employee named Fazela, shouted and almost hit my son and her supervisor said you should handle it personally.

Unacceptable experience!
One of the employees at this Tim Hortons, named FAZELA, yelled at my 1-year-old child and almost hit him—just because he was making some noise while playing. My child had just come out of the emergency room, and Fazela was on her lunch break, speaking on the phone.

When I confronted her about her behavior, she was extremely rude and unapologetic. I reported the incident to her supervisor, but shockingly, the response was, “You should handle it personally.”

I’m deeply concerned that someone with such anger issues is working at a Tim Hortons iNSIDE A HOSPITAL, where compassion and patience should be a priority. Completely unacceptable.

Please use fresh veggies. I got bagel belt and they used lettuce which was almost rotten. And, even tomatoes was mushy.
