I recently visited Tim Hortons and indulged in their variety offerings, The experience was nothing short of fantastic, with the flavors leaving a lasting impression.The coffee was a perfect blend of richness and smoothness, delivering that comforting kick one expects from a quality cup of coffee. Tim Hortons' commitment to brewing excellence was evident in every sip, making it a go-to destination for coffee enthusiasts.As for the garlic and herb accompaniment, it was a true culinary delight. The combination of garlic and herbs elevated the taste to new heights, adding a savory twist that complemented the coffee surprisingly well. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. It was unbelievably soggy and absolutely disgusting. Adding to my disappointment, the customer service was incredibly ignorant and disrespectful. I had to ask twice for my wrap to be grilled, which is something they should have done without being prompted. Not a single staff member was friendly or in a positive mood. They all seemed depressed and exhausted, which really brought down my mood. I thought that having some food in my belly would cheer me up, but unfortunately, it did the complete opposite. The food was terrible, and it only made me feel sick, bloated, and nauseous. Moreover, it even caused my throat to hurt. After this experience, I will never return to this Tim hortons ever again , and I definitely won't recommend it to anyone else.i hope all the workers get fired and place shuts down

People there are clueless . Out of 7 days a week they can’t get an order right . You asked for double toasted they burn the bun and it’s still not toasted , forget half the things you ask on them or give you someone else order . When you ask them to correct they give you attitude , have the people there don’t speak proper English . Tim Hortons used to be a good franchise unfortunately I will never be going there . Also they tell you to park on side so their service looks good when actually it isn’t . All of your staff need to get trained on customer service and most importantly on how to get simple orders we pay for and you charge us correctly . If the world ran like Tim Hortons makes mistakes this world would crumble . I would’ve given a lower review but unfortunately one is the least . Never will spend another dollar at Tim Hortons every tim Hortons has lost their touch !Vegetarian options: Half the time they put meat and I have to throw the sandwich out since I’m allergic and I don’t have time to line up again .

I was doing night shift and went to buy a coffee. An Indian girl served me, and after giving my order she asked how I’m gonna pay, first I said card but then I realized I have some coins, I apologized for changing my payment method but she’s not happy about it, she’s almost like not wanting to talk to me anymore and wouldn’t even look at me even when hiving me my order. Her demeanour is just disappointing, it’s just a coffee but will discourage me to buy coffee there anymore. And to note this is the second time that I was treated with rudeness by Tim’s staff. Not so nice. Most of the time you wouldn’t even receive a smile. As if they’re annoyed just you ordering.

Hello, this review is for the main entrance Tim’s. I’m at the hospital visiting my family member that is not doing well and I came for something to eat and drink… and just ordering my drink I was in shock with the amount of disrespect Vicky displayed with her actions and words I’m only 25 and easy going and this is a first for writing a bad review. Absolutely horrible I’m going through a rough time this week with my family and I get disrespected. Her name is Vicky and she should not be working in a place like the hospital with her costumer service skills absolutely horrible. Ps everyone else working there was good and very polite.

2 days in a row they do not know how to make a tea. 1st time they added extra sweetner and gave attitude when asked to remake. Today I ordered a camomile tea and they didn't put the bag in. They are too busy chatting and moving like molasses to provide ok to good service never mind grat service.

I ordered chicken noodle soup and spicy pumpkin latte size medium . Soup looks okay but the Latte was half-cup and it looked awful. Terrible service.

There are two locations, the one on the main floor is better as it is an actual location with wood panelling and order panel. The food is standard and pretty good. The staff wears gloves and some wears masks. Prices are cheaper than other food options
