I just visited there for food and asked for bagel toasted with crispy onions and cheese and the girl named muskaan was like it’s lunch item and we don’t have it in evening, is bagel lunch item at Tim hortons?? And dont have etiquettes to talk to the customer, her attitude was like i am right. Never visiting again.

Hi, this msg for owner. This is the only way I reach to the owner and explain my issue to owner and hopefully owner will fix this issue.
I ordered from über aap almost every day and some time pickup . No doubt food quality is good but I have one issue if owner will fix that issue on über page.
All items went through but tea biscuit and corsaint when we put in the cart and then I check out it always says remove those two items.
At the same time when I call at the store and find out is these items are available they always said yes we do.
And also i explain this issue with your staff but they said contact über eat. But I know they can't fix this issue. This issue suppose to solve from your store side.

Still i called über but they also said they can't fix.store owner Suppose to fix this issue or supervisors or the store manager.
And it very hard to contact to supervisor or the store manager bc this is very small Tim Hortons and I think not easy to reach. That is why I try to contact this way.
I hope you understand my concern and fix this issue.
And I will be really appreciate

Dear Tim Hortons Team,

I’m writing to share a concern about the service I received at your store this morning, June 29th, at around 7:50 AM.

As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for years, I truly value and understand the importance of respectful and friendly customer service. Unfortunately, I’ve repeatedly noticed a lack of basic courtesy from the staff at this location, and today was no exception.

This morning, not only did the employee display a noticeably cold and high-handed attitude, but she also did not return my greeting. A simple ā€œgood morningā€ goes a long way in making customers feel welcomed — and being ignored entirely left a poor impression.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I know Tim Hortons holds its customer service standards high, and I would like to continue being a loyal customer.

Jasleen made me an amazing drink, which I never knew about. She was very polite and made a fresh cold foam for me. She also had a smiling face.

Really bad cx service. The guy standing at the counter gave me wrong drink and then apologized for it. But I was charged more. Anyways, I asked for extra ice and then I was denied. Won't recommend to anyone.

Me and my mom come here everyday from our walk. Everyone is always so friendly and our coffees are down perfectly. Although everyone is amazing, we really love Muskaan!!! Her smile makes our day and she is so friendly and so kindhearted. Thank you all ā¤ļø

Employees look like they dont want to be there, they literally throw the food and coffee at me. I'm always getting burnt coffee, bagels and such from them. Service is incredibly poor and they put shame to the Tim Hortons brand.

They don’t handle long lines well. Also, I ordered a double toasted sausage English muffin yesterday and the sandwich was SOAKED with butter !! I didn’t even ask for extra butter.
