This Tim Hortons has the worst service of any I've been to. Staff is arguing and the items you purchase are never actually available once you get to the food counter. On my last visit I had purchased soup at the kiosk and when they didn't have any, I asked if they could substitute for chili but I was told to go and wait in line to pay the difference. I would prefer not to go her but the location is closest to our office.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility requires that staff let you in a back door from a service elevator. Not ideal.

If it is employee access only you should include it on the name, so be like “ Tim Hortons- Employee Access ONLY”
Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons where ever you go in Canada. A coffee shop where you get some of the bakery items .

Love Tim’s but can do without the parking mayhem in this poorly designed parking lot. That bring said if you can tackle the lot the good and crew are great...
As expected
Great place to wait for anyone flying in. Not paying for parking at the airport when i can get breakfast, lunch and dinner for the same price.
