Tim Hortons is a classic and reliable establishment, but my recent experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. When I inquired about the price difference, the server, Jaskirat (or Jaskiran), responded in a passive-aggressive manner, which made the interaction unpleasant. I expect better professionalism and courtesy from staff, and I hope management addresses this to maintain the brandâs reputation for quality service.â

Wish there was more staff besides one poor woman doing her best to keep the coffee hot and make the dozens of sandwiches by herself. I get the airport is about waiting but buying a hot beverage from one of the few places available shouldnât take 10+ minutes with 5 customers ahead of me.

Iâve never had such a terrible experience at quite literally any other establishment. First I get called to a till to order and the lady refuses to accept my cash, she told me should couldnât put my order through on the other til because she would have to void it. Something she should have spoken up about before. Then she rings my order in wrong on the new til and doesnât change it once I correct her. Then she puts the total through at the incorrect amount and told me to pay the amount from the other til, I give her the money and she tries to give me the wrong change. THEN my drink is served to me and it doesnât look right at all and isnât made to my specifications. I tell her this and she starts reluctantly making a new one, then she insists I try the first one anyway without even giving me a straw to do so. Then she leaves the new drink she was in the process of making behind the counter and walks off. The first drink doesnât taste anything like the what I get EVERY SINGLE TIME AT ANY OTHER LOCATION. I stand there for 10 minutes waiting for her to come back to finish the new drink she started making. After 10 minutes of being ignored I ask her to please help me so I can leave. Can you atleast make me a fresh drink after youâve been letting the one you started making melt for 10+ minutes at this point. Apparently not.. she makes me wait for a co worker. Thankfully she seems competent and I just tell her if I canât get what I ordered Iâll just take a refund so that I can go.. to catch my flight. Now Iâm told that a manager has to do this and one is on the way but they have no information on how long. I wait 5 more minutes but at this point Iâd miss my flight. I again ask the SAME THING I did 10 minutes prior and the co worker remakes the drink for me, it still tastes absolutely nothing like itâs supposed too. $6 and almost 25 minutes later I donât even want the drink that they cannot make right. This experience sets a new low for my already low standard for Tim Hortons.

"We don't participate in the gift card program."
What? This is a franchised restaurant chain. I've never in my life had a franchised restaurant reject a gift card for the franchise.
Also I am reviewing the Tim's near gate B2C but I assume they are all like this.

The locations fails to have most of the things - no cools drinks during summer, no heating options available for the savouries. Terrible one, I wish not buy at this location ever in the future. I hope Tim Hortons takes some action to at least maintain (if not improve) their brand experience.

Very kind and hard working staff providing their services to thousands. Great place to grab a fresh morning coffee at Pier A, near Gate B3.

So slow workers they doesnât even hasitate that how big line is takes like 15 mins in attending a single customer turely unsatisfied workers should take others time seriously they shouldnât act like so munch non serious towards the job
