Tim Hortons - Sheridan College Hazel McCallion Campus - B Wing

Their service is so bad there is not any option to give minus stars that’s why i am giving them one. They don’t know how to talk with their customers. I ordered pineapple and dragon fruit quencher and i got watermelon and strawberries. When i went to talk to them they told me thats what i have order but i paid for medium pineapple dragon fruit quencher and got small watermelon strawberries and argued with me never recommending this tims horton

I ordered chocolate chip cookies at the kiosk. I found out they didn’t have anymore, which was completely fine so I requested a refund. They proceeded to tell me no they cannot give me a refund. I asked why not and they said because their debit machine wasn’t working I said that is fine. I’m OK with the cash refund. It’s $1.77. She then proceeded to tell me I cannot get a refund in cash either I asked why not and she said I just can’t so now I can’t get my cookie or my refund. She then told me I could pick a different item item I asked for an apple fritter she said no it’s not the same price so I said I can’t get my cookie or my refund or my apple fritter. What the hell can I get proceeded to very aggressively retrieve the apple fritter and shove it in my hands and tell me to leave The first time I’ve had a bad encounter at this Tim Hortons but this was definitely the last I will no longer be supporting although I attend the school there are places I will go that are not this Tim Hortons 2.1 star and you guys still haven’t tried to fix the issue. We all know what the issue is fix your customer service and hire you better people.

Honestly one of the worst tim locations you can go to. The lines are extreamly long and slow moving, if ur in a rush this is not the place to go to. My friend was served coffe made from rotten milk, there is not really much consistency in how drinks are made, if the staff make a mistake they are rude and defensive, just an overall bad vibe

I ordered croissant with hash browns , crispy onion , and few sausage,and I paid for all of these (8.91$) . There was no ranch , no onion , no Chipotle

Today i visit this tim hortons,the staff working here is so nice and humble.

Today, I bought an oreo double stuffed iced cap and just found a hair in my coffee, then I immediately went to Tim and complained about it. Unfortunately, the staff was so rude and didn’t even listen my complaint carefully and they just causally said sorry in so much attitude, worst Tim Horton service and staff I have ever seen. I am so disappointed with the staff.

Very bad service and the staff is so rude specially a boy working over there in blue t shirt. He doesn’t have Adicates to talk to customers and is very rude. Kindly teach the staff how to behave before while training them.

Never provide katchup

I have seen lots of negative reviews for this small location , come on guys whenever you are in a hurry this small shop saves you . Outside snow and chilly wind you always need a hot beverage this shop saves you. I know not everyone is the same . But please guys you need little patience when your order is ready. The staff thank you for your service but please serve with a smile and focus on the order . I am a student of Sheridan I always take a meal from here before the lecture. The only thing I notice this location close I don't like usually 6pm what about the students whose class 7pm or 8pm . I like mocha latte ☕

I went to this place today. Usually I am going this place because I am in this college. Whenever I ask them potato wedges . Than they said we don't have this.
It is very bad experience

Honestly the worst experience of all the tim hortans i have ever been to. Their service is soo slow i had to wait 15 mins for my coffee and the coffee was not upto the tims standards. Taste of coffee was 2 out of 5.
