Never provide katchup
I have seen lots of negative reviews for this small location , come on guys whenever you are in a hurry this small shop saves you . Outside snow and chilly wind you always need a hot beverage this shop saves you. I know not everyone is the same . But please guys you need little patience when your order is ready. The staff thank you for your service but please serve with a smile and focus on the order . I am a student of Sheridan I always take a meal from here before the lecture. The only thing I notice this location close I don't like usually 6pm what about the students whose class 7pm or 8pm . I like mocha latte ☕

I went to this place today. Usually I am going this place because I am in this college. Whenever I ask them potato wedges . Than they said we don't have this.

Honestly the worst experience of all the tim hortans i have ever been to. Their service is soo slow i had to wait 15 mins for my coffee and the coffee was not upto the tims standards. Taste of coffee was 2 out of 5.

One of the pathetic Tim's I have ever visited. Be careful with the staff they are very arrogant and rude. All of them got their jobs because of references. But none of them actually know how things work. I also work in Tim's. Trust me they are not qualified to be a staff of Tim's as they are not even close to the standards of Tim's. As I have said references are the reason they are working.

The guy working in the morning have attitude like he owns tim hortonsI told less ice specifically still the boy was like its less ice and after reconfiriming with him he was like can't you see and ice was till the bottom of the cup u really really need to change the staff I know your all the customer are student but bro they are also earning like you so don't steal their money and respect them too

They will give you attitude and ask you to pay if you ask for ice on the side… I’m a paying customer. It seems they cant hire competent people.
Rude girl at the counter!! All I did was ask for a straw and she gave me such a bad attitude and kept talking back! It took way too long to receive my mobile order and get that straw, these girls need better training on both the job and their attitude towards customers! Completely ruined my experience, I’ve never seen this type of service and I’ve been going to Sheridan for 4 years.

Very bad customer service at this store. The representative named zeenat was disrespectful and started talking in a rude manner. They are charging more than the other locations and food is not as expected.other girl was making the crispy chicken wrap and zeenat interfered in between and told her to put small piece of chickenThey are always talking among themselves and have zero customer service skills.

I hate leaving negative reviews but if I have asked for and paid for something extra in my wrap, and then double checked to make sure it’s there and told that it is, but when I sit down to eat and find out that was a lie, please tell me what you gained by not doing something for a customer when they paid for it? Extremely frustrating. Please don’t abuse the fact that it’s the only affordable place on campus.
