I ordered 2 times deep fry fish cake, today is the second time that I order this, every time no dipping sauce, even I leave a notice, never get dipping sauce sauce! 2 times they did not gave me dipping sauce, never!! Never order here again!
The washrooms are disgusting. The whole place needs more cleaning, but the place overall is fun
Extremely pathetic customer service, ordered on uber and waited over an hour only to have the drinks never arrive and no refund provided. Absolute atrocious behaviour on their behalf and extremely disappointed with how things were handled for our large drink order. Will never be returning here ever again.
The stuff here is good, price a bit too high but the worst part is their wait times. They don’t prioritize walk in customers no matter what time of the day or night you come. Average wait time i’ve had is 30-40 mins for a simple order of bubble tea and waffles
