Been here a couple of times for dinner before and it was good so I thought I would come for lunch. What a disappointment! The house soup had some hard bits in it that you can’t bite into and the staff was lax. They brought out our food without providing plates or soy sauce plates. I got cold green tea and when I asked for hot the waiter brought the pot and added hot on top of the cold. I had to ask him to empty the cup and fill it with hot tea.
