Hidden gem. Fantastic food. Reasonable prices. Great service.
Great food and good prices. Can be pretty busy around lunch, but they do their best to serve.
I definitely got the “family owned” kind of hospitality/service. It’s like an Italian grocer with lots and lots of baked goods including bread, donuts/fritters, cakes, pastries and etc. I feel like it’s more quantity than quality because there is an abundance of options but it seems unrealistic that EVERY dessert item type is made fresh daily. I tried a cannoli and a Portuguese custard tart and both were not terrible but the texture was a little stale or like it had been frozen before. I also missed the burnt sugar crust on the Portuguese tart. Although the total cost averaged $5 for both and only $4 for a medium latte is not expensive for these items, so they are considered good price.
Great place to have a good coffee and pastry’s. The food is also delicious and everyone who works there is nice and friendly.
Love this Bakery
They did a great job on the birthday cake. Better than imagined for the design. And it was absolutely delicious. Some people said it was the best they’ve ever had!
Customer Service Sterling, the cakes are not overly sweet and everything is quite addictive. They also have gluten-free dessert in the cake counter.
They don’t use butter cream, good work .

Take the cannoli.
Beware of this store, they will cheat you. I bought two bottles of olive oil priced at $19.95. The cash register charged $24.95. I paid and noticed the difference after I walked out of the store. I want back to point out the discrepancy. They told me that there policy was that the price was whatever the register says rather then that the price on the product and they would not be refunding the difference. Moreover they were very rude about my requesting the price difference. They place is very bad customer service with this type of attitude.

The bakery is decent, good variety of bread. The service specially at the hot-food is not great. I have been disappointed a few times.
Update 2024: ever since Covid, the breads / croissants are packed in plastic bags / packages. The quality has gone down noticeably. The "olive" ciabatta bread had few shreds of olive. I am disappointed ?.
