Great food and very cheap! Cash only. Takes about 30-40 mins to prep 4-5 dishes.

It is easy to overlook this little food stall but don’t miss it: they make really good fresh food. Their menu is very extensive. Lots of choices including vegetarian and no meat items. Besides, the price is better than anywhere else. Note that it is cash only for payments here.

My go to place when I head to that food court. I usually get the spicy pork chop or noodle dish. They have party tray options and saw many people pick those up. Great prices and will consider trying their party trays for gatherings.

Always loved my food court Asian food. The beef brisket and wonton was a bit salty. Both the jumbo shrimp and pork chop was okay. Missing the wok hey. All in all... It was a great price for the portion.

Went there last night it was Friday around 630 I asked for chicken wings and fried rice she told me they don't have any chicken wings. What chinese restaurant in this world doesn't have chicken wings?! Especially on a Friday night! So I ordered somewhere else I decided to call tsui and order the wings on the phone and she said she had wings!!!! I'm convinced she didn't take my order because I'm a black man that's crazy

Ordered a beef Ho Fun…. It is that bad!. The beef had a weird taste. Noodles had no taste and it was burnt. I couldn’t finish the food not because I was full, it was because of the last piece of beef I was eating had the worst weird taste… to whoever wants to skip work/school the next day or two, this place is highly recommended!

Cheap, big portions, and looks good, but it tastes pretty bad. Tried to finish it but ended up throwing most of the sweet n sour pork and fried squid in the trash. Fried rice was decent. Wouldn't recommend.

When I ordered, the lady at the front told me $11, then corrected herself to $12. When I gave her the money, she asked for $13...

I was waiting over 30 mins for my food and saw multiple people who got there after me receive their food. My (less socially anxious lol) friend complained on my behalf and after another 15 mins we see them finally frying the fish for my order. It should not have taken nearly this long!

I think they were apologetic, as the portion of food was pretty big (although maybe all the portions are just big). The meal I got (fish and vegetables) was not bad, however it was very very salty. I think it would have been better if I ate it with a lot of rice.

Overall, portion was good, taste was mid, and very disappointed with the service.

Adore this place!

Tsui Xiang Tsuen is a hidden gem in the Sino Mall food court that if you’ve never stepped inside would easily miss.

I’ve tried a variety of their dishes such as the Shanghai beef noodles, Cantonese chow mein, chicken and shrimp chow main, wonton noodle soup and of course their chicken wings!

All food is made to order a varies from a 5 - 20min wait depending on the dish or busy-ness of the restaurant. I don’t mind this as it always guarantees your food has never sat out.

All food comes out piping hot, delicious and fresh.

The service is quite lovely, and while I haven’t dined in the food court they bring you tea to your table. They’re always cleaning the front area when I visit and have never had complaints.

I go to stall in the mall. Food is great. Price is right. Except for last night they charged me $5 more than they always do. Apparently, they were trying to refund a dude $5, out of MY pocket. What a joke. But I'll go back. Food is great, prices are usually right.

Beef Ho Fun has no wok hei flavour to it. They must have cooked it over pretty low temperature. Barely any salt either. Just go two stalls over to Workman's Kitchen. It's cheaper for the same thing too.

I've been here 3 times. First 2 times I loved it, the 3rd time, noodles were undercooked, hard, and the chicken was also not completely cooked. I had to cook it myself at home. Won't be coming back after that experience
