The welcome that our group got was so absurd, we were rushed to a table and asked to place our order quickly because the kitchen staff needs to have lunch! This was at 2.45pm. Then we were presented with a lunch menu that we were not able to order from because it was not lunch time, really???
Finally we decided to leave and the staff member did not bother to correct his mistake but instead let us wake out without an apology!
Please retrain your staff for better customer service.

Lunch Nov 29th. Had three surprise celebrations at restaurant. Two Birthdays and a retirement.
The food and service were excellent. The staff delivered on my ask of sequence for each individual surprise celebration. I am very grateful to the staff for their excellent collaboration for the occasion.
Thank you for a truly enjoyable experience and good memories for my family.

How do you even rate a restaurant that has the most amazing staff, incredible energy, and a heartfelt love for Jesus? I can’t express how wholesome this place is. I’m not from Toronto, but every time I visit from Calgary, I leave feeling even more encouraged and uplifted.
Thank you for the wonderful experience, the kindness, and the love. Twin Fish, you are by far the best restaurant I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to many around the world.
Lots of love and blessings,
Natasha

We visited Twin Fish as a group of five and started with three soups: two Hot and Sour and one Tom Yum. All three were excellent, full of flavour and a great way to kick off the meal. Two shrimps per soup, is quite low, but fine.
For the mains, we ordered:
Red Snapper Fillet with Basil Sauce
Lightly coated red snapper fillet topped with tiger prawns, fresh basil, mushrooms, peppers, and onions. At 27 dollars, I expected a bit more punch. The fish itself was fine, but the seasoning was quite bland and could have been much better.
Bangkok Street Style Pad Thai
This was delicious. Perfectly balanced sweet and sour flavours, great texture, and generous toppings. One of the highlights.
Thai Golden Curry (Mild)
Another solid dish, creamy, flavourful, and packed with vegetables. Very satisfying.
Before ordering, we asked the server whether three mains would be enough for five people. He insisted it wouldn’t be and that we had to order one main per person. It felt like an attempt to oversell rather than honest guidance. In reality, three mains were more than enough for us, with no leftovers. Interestingly, everyone else leaving the restaurant had takeaway containers, which made the suggestion even more questionable.
Near closing time, the staff brought the bill without offering dessert. It felt a bit rushed and didn’t leave the best impression. Our total came to about 130 dollars including tip. I only left ten percent because the service did not feel genuine.
This was our second visit in four years. The starters were good, and the Pad Thai and curry were both excellent. The snapper, however, missed the mark, especially for the price.
Overall, good food but disappointing service.

Restaurantji Recommends
Loved every dish we have tried. Simply enjoyed - crab fried rice, tofu khao soi, masaman curry and the pad thai. Must say every dish had a wonderful flavor. I was skeptical about the khao soi since I am extremely particular about it and not many thai places have impressed me with but this is good. The pad thai definitely is too good - I tried it specifically since it was one of the popular items and that's very true. Also I liked it that the peanuts were given on the side and not added to pad thai. Crab fried rice was my first time try ever and it is delicious and may be will become my constant take away from this place. Good price and good portion. Highly recommended!

Delicious food: green curry, lamb, appetizer platter with spring rolls, fresh rolls, calamari, satay skewers of chicken/beef.
Beautiful and modern decor. Even the washroom stall doors were painted with flowers.
Friendly staff. Kid friendly. Lots of families with small kids were dining there.

One of the worst restaurant,No knowledge on their menu,Lack of Language,Worst thai taste,Spring rolls are raw,We told to server he say it's like that.Order the food and came Mains first instead of appetizer.Told the guy and he brought the rice with egg.As we r pure veg,Even we dont eat egg,And then we wait for rice for half and hour.So I suggest dont go to this restaurant they believe in colour I think. They dont care of south Asian ppl.very bad.Very bad.
