I ordered shrimp pad Thai from Uber eats. It was so bad, just dry and tasteless. The tofu was like rubbery and the shrimps were over cooked. I just threw it away. Super disappointed, waste of money.

I am disappointed with the service here. We’ve ordered multiple times from Twin Fish, but the service standards leave much to be desired. I have no complaints about the food because we always came back for more.We ordered via Ubereats today and it’s our first time picking up from the restaurant. We were aware that it closes at 9:00 and we reached there by 8:55 and we tried calling multiple times as we couldn’t find the address listed as there’s a lot of restaurants in the Cineplex mall and Twin Fish is practically hidden between other eateries. We reached their front desk at 9:02 after seeking directions from strangers and mind you, UberEats customer care was no help and they were on call with us all through and couldn’t assist. The waiter at Twin Fish was so rude and claimed that they don’t answer any call past 9:00. They were still closing up when I reached. They’ve put us in a very taxing and uncomfortable situation and I felt like I paid for the food and I was still being punished and insulted. I felt like he judged me for my race. I would NOT be ordering from them anymore.

This is my second time dining at Twin Fish and I am thoroughly impressed with not only the amazing food but the service ??????. I had the Thai Green Curry and let me tell you, the flavour was unmatched. Those who like spicy dishes will really enjoy this meal. My parents had the Pad Thai and Basil Chicken which were also flavourful and delicious! I found out today the restaurant is family owned and I can personally say the service was above and beyond. I really felt like a valued customer. I can promise I will be back several times and bring both my family and friends. Thank you for a great experience!

Ordered the beef and Canadian broccoli. I got a lot of broccoli and 4 little pieces of beef for $20. Would not recommend this restaurant food was that good and a lot of money for broccoli. Friends Ordered the noodles with shrimp. You get three or four.

Food was absolutely amazing. I ordered takeout and something happened through UberEats that they didn't receive my order properly but that was not a problem as the kitchen started on my order right away. The staff was super kind about the situation and the place was BUSY! When I received my food it was absolutely amazing not a complaint in the world. 10/10 would recommend
A great Thai restaurant offering the basics like pad thai, red curry, green curry and many more. The smiling staff are welcoming and attentive. The service is fast, always appreciable. Really a great place to eat Thai in the surrounding area, I recommend!
