This restaurant is exceptional. The décor is superb, and the food is outstanding. I highly recommend trying their Mysore masala dosa; it's authentic South Indian cuisine. 100% vegetarian

5 stars are for service experience during weekend Brunch buffet. Firstly, gratitude to them to accommodate us during their breakfast to lunch buffet transition, as we were in a rush. It’s not a guarantee, but worked out for us as the crowd was lean for the day. The variety is more than enough. Enjoyed Idli, dosa & set/sponge dosa, rasam, puri, chole & vegies. Deserts also had choices. Personally did not like Vada’s texture as it seemed to have some baking soda for fluffiness. Overall it was a great experience and received the worth for the buck !

We had a home event catered by Udupi in October 2024. All the guests were pleased with the delicious food that was provided by their wonderful chefs. The live dosa station was operated by the owner Vijay himself and it was a great hit!

I've been coming here on and off for more than 20 years, which is crazy to think about. Fast service, good quality items, friendly staff, best prices. This is my favourite dosa spot. Even when you order take out/delivery--they manage to keep the dosas crispy! Incredible!

Outstanding Service and Delicious Food!

I had the pleasure of dining at Udupi Madras Cafe with my family on Sunday evening, and I want to give a big shoutout to Rima for her exceptional service. From the moment we were seated, she demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and an incredible level of patience.

As my family has specific dietary requirements, I took some time explaining the modifications we needed for our food. Rima listened carefully, was extremely considerate, and ensured every detail was taken care of. Not only was the food served on time, but it was also of outstanding quality and presented beautifully.

Our dinner cost around $150, and every penny felt worth it, thanks to Rima’s excellent service and the high standards maintained by the restaurant. She truly made our dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
