Square one location sold me a stale chocolate cake on Friday. I asked them why it's the last one left they told me because we only bake chocolate on Thursdays but they insisted it was a fresh cake so I bought it. As I got home & ate a piece I noticed the cake was dry & stale. When I contacted their customer service they refused to replace the stale cake & insisted that from the photo I showed them the cake looked perfectly fine.

Been coming to this chain for a few years. I recently tried their Earl grey tart and cheese tart and they are bangers. Super delicious and not too sweet. Creamy and the tart shell has really nice texture as well. However, their customer service needs to improve. They are too slow at processing orders. They need to have Atleast two people taking care of customers. Because of this slow process, people waiting in the long line give up and proceed to go elsewhere with the plentiful options in the mall. I'd definitely go back, but if the line is long, forget it.Vegetarian options: It's all veggie. Cheeeeeeese.

Definitely must try cheesecake if you are in Mississauga. Its texture and taste are unique and not similar to anything else.Due to its popularity, there are queues at the weekend, but the service is quite quick. So you will not wait long.

My first experience visiting here was soured, as I ordered a chocolate cheesecake on a Thursday and got a regular one instead.Update: Uncle tetsu's customer service, namely Nicole, made efforts to make it right. I appreciate their swift attention, and response to the matter. It's reflected in the rating.

Had to try due to the hype online, they aways sell out, but it wasn't my favorite even though I kept eating it, lol. I bought the mini tart, I wasn't familiar with it, and it was hard and sweet on the outside, salty on the inside. It was also kind of pricey for a mini tart.
