The worst food I ever ate at any place outside. Went there last Friday after work for some food with my friend and ordered vegetarian food, we were impressed with the number of options they had. When food arrived, it was either burnt or was probably reheated lunch Fries. The burgers were burnt and very dry.
We decided not to say anything to the manager until she came to ask if we liked the food. Told her the truth, were offered some discount but we had to go somewhere else again to eat and change our taste on taste buds.

Not a very busy place. Food was good. Service was subpar. The server didn't seem to want to be there.

We were served by Michelle who made us feel like VIPs. The food was amazing! I love the tuna bowl. Fantastic atmosphere. We’ll be back.

Terrible food, burger was not properly seasoned and was overcooked, fries were soggy, extremely overpriced, restaurant was extremely hot, AC wasn’t working. Not visiting again.

Understaffed at lunch time today unfortunately. Staff are nice. I had the Seoul steak bowl which was ok but didn’t blow my mind for $24 and I wouldn’t call it Bulgogi. The bathrooms need a good clean, dirty toilet and cob webs between stall walls. Men’s toilet which my friend went into had a big mold stain on the ceiling. Standards are not being kept but perhaps times are tough. I know I don’t eat out as much due to prices, and when I do, I want to get my moneys worth. I don’t feel I did today.

Service and Atmosphere was good but the food was below average. We have ordered UFO burger and Spaghetti Positono. Both did not meet the expectations. The quantity was very less. The food here is not worth the money.

This place has good food but my bolognese on the new menu was enough to feed a child not an adult! This place used to be PACKED on Friday’s and it was completely DEAD! Good food but the atmosphere for this place is terrible!

Our department went for dinner together here and our visit was enjoyable. We all split the calamari and an avocado dip. I had the tuna bowl and it was a delicious deconstructed sushi-style meal. Most of my colleagues had the Seoul steak bowl, and one ordered the chicken bow ties. Everyone was very happy with their meal.

Horrible food. Unpleasant experience. We were there yesterday with a group of 16 and no one enjoyed the people. It was inedible disgusting … would not recommend this place

This place should just close down and make space for something else. Half of the drinks or food on menu not available (as it apparently finished). We got served over cooked fries with our meal, and were asked 5 minutes into eating if they were okay (only to be told the server thought they were overcooked but still decided to pass them over to us). It's time to make way for something else. Pre-covid, I'd argue this was the only place to be for post work socials, but now stay away...

Sat at bar and received quick service and a decent size portion of food. The drinks were good. Lots of parking.
