Worst falafel I've ever had. Dry, skimpy, flavorless, expensive, and missing any sauce that could have saved it.

Tasty baguette sandwiches. Decent price for an airport and good quality. Lots of seating available.

Horrible, tasted terrible like processed food. 14 dollars down the drain x 3. Staff was unpleasant too. We did not eat them.

Worst food, $14 for bullshit, they burnt the food.
Never coming back, 0 service and food.
Heavely overpriced.

I ordered the Chicken Sriracha Baguette. It was bland and the inside was soggy. At a whopping $18, I’d rather have the airplane food.

Garbage stale food

Ordered a cup of soup and they only filled the cup half full. I asked for more soup and they told me their policy is to only fill it half full. The soup didn't taste good either. You should take your money somewhere else!

The single person working the booth was super nice and friendly. If I was paying for her company, maybe I’d see value in the sandwich but I was mostly baguette with some slivers of ham and cheddar cheese, but mostly coarse bread — the kind that shreds the top of your mouth.

For $16, another sliver here and there would be appreciated. Luckily, I only paid a twoonie more as I had a delay meal voucher. Still, it was better than their sister store hawking bread with scarce toppings.

So the staff is friendly. The Sandwiches are absolutely disgusting and disappointing.
I am not the kind of guy to write a google review, but that was the worst sandwich of my lifetime.

Location - Pearson Intl Airport departure. Really bad! If I had the option for -10, I would rate it that. The coffee was cold, and the cinnamon roll was hard as a brick. When I complained, the lady didn't even care, as she didn't speak English, but she does know English. She should be fired.

I mean airport food is always gonna be overpriced. But the tuna melt sandwich was so bland. And when we asked to have it cut in half, we got a useless wooden knife to cut it ourselves. Against my better judgement, I should have checked the reviews first.

The food court area was also policed by a really aggressive lady from the bar business. Really bizarre.

Now, I realize this is an airport restaurant and expectations on price are to be reflective of this fact, but my goodness is this an overpriced waste of money. $12 for a tuna melt with less than half a small sized can of tuna spread across an 8 inch baguette. A small amount of cheese portioned throughout the length of the bun. The server literally through my sandwich at me when it was out of the toaster. All I can do is continue to kick myself for ever ordering food at any of these airport places. This one is on me. Oh, it tasted pretty great btw, but not great enough to make up for everything wrong with this spot. More like Upper Bust.
