It is easy to microwave an egg sandwich, right? Not for the workers here."Drupatti" (but all the workers here are the same) gave my croissant sandwich to me cold. I brought it back, she put it back in the microwave. Still cold. I asked for a refund. No refunds, of course! So another worker offered me a new sandwich, properly made. Drupatti burned that one on purpose. And the yogurt parfait was soggy.

I ordered a croissant with cheese and egg. They also warm it up for you. Absolutely delicious for an airport meal!

The lady at the counter stood there like a drone, not making eye contact or asking for my order once I got my order she took it out with 20 sec to go on the oven, so now I am eatting a $12 cold egg amd cheese

I typically hate airport food, but this was the best bang-for-buck sandwich I've gotten. Foot-long tuna melt, on a baguette type bread. In fact, I plan on coming back and getting the same thing every time I'm passing through.

Average croissant, don't try the parfaits, they're really bad. Servers look unhappy or maybe it was just Monday and 10am. Would recommend other spots around in T3.

The attitude of the cashier was almost hostile, but the carrot muffin was surprisingly good. Fresh!! I thought the price of $4 was not a bad deal for the airport, especially since it was a pretty big muffin.FYI, they have coffee and tea here, but can’t do lattes/cappuccino - those are normally offered at Boccone on the other side of the hall (but the machine was out of order when I tried to get one). But I went to Upper Crust for the muffin because they looked slightly bigger than the ones at Boccone.

After reading all the negative reviews, I am perplexed. First, Toronto Pearson is ranked the second worst international airport in the world, so what do you expect? Don’t set your standards so high. Second, the prices for all eating establishments at airports are insane, so don’t vote for Leftist politicians that run the cities where airports are usually located. Third, at least the Upper Crust sandwich sizes and quality is better than what is offered right next door in the same eating area. (Boccone Pronto). Do you want a sandwich that is subpar with a smile or do you want a sandwich that is decent with a little grumpy on the side? Pick one. In today’s upside down world, you get what you get. Decide whether you are you feeding your hunger or your emotional ego. My counter server at the Upper Crust was pleasant by the way.

Rude waitress. Whoever was working October 29 around 430pm was so aggressive and kept asking if we were going to order“are you going to order food from my restaurants?? Are you ?? And the chair is for HUMANS not your clothes or bag” we literally just got there and trying to settle in so we can actually order. She then insinuated that there are free lounge area somewhere else for the public. Seems like someone doesn’t like customers. Go to Starbucks instead. The food looks dry anyways.

Overpriced garbage. Bland and gross. A disgrace to call what I ate a panini.

The staff has a nasty attitude. I don’t know why she is so upset to all customers.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees from your terminal one location. The sandwiches both fell out the bottom of your thin paper bags within 2 minutes of ordering, falling on the terminal floor. Your coffee was too hot to actually hold; with a sleeve on. And there was cream all over the top of my coffee lid, when there should have been nothing. Please provide me with a contact so I can start a refund. I’ve got a plane to catch and can’t go back to deal with this is person. Do better. Worst airport food experience and that’s saying something.

Me: Excuse me, do you have coffee?Customer service: yesMe: Can I have a menu?Customer service: you want menu? Go to the Starbucks! Then she said "next" to the person behind me. I was not sure if she's done with that customer (i was think what to order while she was with that customer), so I waited, until she stared at me, so I asked her if it's my turn. Instead of saying "what would you like?" Or "yes, can I help you? " She went: YES, what do you want?
