A small eatery with lots of tables, similars to an office building cafeteria. The cafe looks clean and new with standard office modern ( think of Ikea style ). There is not much within walking distance. Food selection were limited, It could be results of many office operation on a hybrid model. There is not much that could go wrong with a basic sandwich, coffee seems to be weak in flavour. The cafe lacks an inviting customer service, The price is the price when there is no competition within walking distance.

I ordered a wrap platter from Urban Kitchen for a quick lunch with my friends. I was expecting some tasty and fresh wraps, but I was disappointed. The wraps were bland and dry, and the fillings were sparse and boring. The sauces were watery and had no flavor. It was a waste of money and time. I do not recommend Urban Kitchen for wraps or anything else.

The food is super expensive and the service is the worst, they are rude. I wanted a breakfast wrap but I was 5 minutes late and they wouldn’t make it for me when they had everything there to cook it.

If there was a zero-star option, I'd give it. This place continues to disappoint. After being ripped off for an extra $5 on a $7 sandwich (not that $7 for a basic fried egg sandwich wasn't already extortion), I gave up on these people. Yesterday, I was in a rush and didn't pack a lunch for the office, so I thought I'd give it another shot. After standing in front of the sandwich counter for a good 3+ minutes with zero engagement by anybody, I said "screw this" and started walking out. An older lady who'd been over in the seating area jumped up and asked me what I wanted, to which I replied "The exit. I'm leaving." How are you going to watch a customer walk in, and wait....and wait....without acknowledging their existence, yelling into the kitchen to have someone else come out to take an order, or otherwise provide ANY REASONABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE? Apparently, they don't need my money, despite the fact that most floors of this building are a ghost town most days, as almost all the tenants are running a hybrid work environment, with most personnel only coming in a couple days a week. If you work at 55 Standish Court in Mississauga, do yourself a favour. Pack a lunch, or go out to eat. Don't support this cafe and its ignorant staff.

After standing in line for some time, I ask for a dish and the staff redirects me to a different line (one for dishes and one for wraps). Stood in the new line and when my turn came I asked for the dish which was a weekly special just to find out that they don't have it. So I stand back in line 1 and ask for a wrap just to get the response that that wrap is unavailable. This reminds me of the kind of place that offers a cheep student monthly subscription where you never know what you'll get, but it's cheap and you don't die from hunger as a student.

A decent cafeteria, nothing fancy

Crappy service. Rude and arrogant. Not for me. This place is simply a waste of time and money.
