Highly overpriced, and they've managed to turn a simple process of paying into a paperwork exercise.

What a train wreck of a cafe even by airport standards

While waiting for my flight to Germany, I had plenty of time to relax and decided to enjoy the beet salad along with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Both were absolutely delicious! Naomi provided exceptional service, she not only helped me choose the perfect salad, but even went out of her way to get a chilled bottle of wine from another bar since hers wasn’t cold enough. She truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The salad was incredibly fresh and flavourful, and the wine was perfect. If I’m flying again, I’ll definitely be back!

Worse place for food, service and the rest. You have to do all the work and order your food on a tablet and pay like on an e-commerce platform (but the waiter is in front of you 🙄) and it’s far too expensive !! By the way they already charge 18% for doing nothing 🫤

Food was garbage. Advertised as fresh scrambled egg in sandwiches and platters but it's a oven baked frozen egg patty and was dry and Disgusting. Ordered an espresso that somehow took 30 minutes to get to me after I had ordered and had to go get it from the bar myself only to be found completely ice cold. Service was decent at first, I asked for a military discount and service got worse and worse having to continually go to the counter for items like a beer or espresso which is 2 seconds. As a cook and someone who's career is based around food. Tim Hortons eggs are atleast fresh sandwhich listed was 16.99 no meat. Only frozen egg, arugula and a single slice tomato.
Waited so long for a drink when it wasn't busy. Cancelled my order.
Noor and Devika are very very sweet. Thank you for the incredible service
Family breakfast, chocolate milks, mimosas and pre Mexico beers.... Food and drink was great, server Joseph was fantastic and very helpful, even filled up the kids water bottles for us!! Great place and staff
Absolute garbage service. Terrible ordering system that will occasionally jump to one of their sister bars and if the other one fills the order, you're SOL. Just avoid it and spend your money literally anywhere else

I was charged twice for the same purchase. The cashier advised the 1st Visa charge did not go through and that we have to do it again. Then later, I noticed my Visa was charged twice for the same amount. It’s a scam for which I suspect I not alone in this.

You will sit here for 30 minutes and the bar tender won't even approach you or offer you a drink. Worst airport bar I've been to.
Good food, high prices, poor service. Waited for 20 minutes to receive my order, to the point I wanted to cancel it due to the limited time left to eat.

The whole experience is overshadowed by the price of everything. When anything costs 4-5 times the normal price .Same bottle of wine we found online for 9.99 costs 64.99

So Horrible! I ordered a decaf cortada, and they served me a caffinated one. I realized that when I complained about how the cortada I ordered had too much milk and asked for a new drink with decaf shot. But he told me they don't even have decaf coffee. They should have let me know at the first place that they don't have decaf coffee.
