The staff in this place are amazingly terrible it’s honestly so sad, this is the second time I’ve ordered through the phone for pickup and have actually shown up 10 minutes ahead so I could give them time to prepare it well, tell me why whenever I show up to pickup my order it’s actually not even in the oven…the dough isn’t even prepared wow I pity whoever owns this pizza store please do better.

Vikram, the owner of the restaurant, was not only a wonderful host but demonstrated generosity far beyond any dinning experience that we have encountered in a long time. He was genuinely more than willing to share his insight in healthy eating practices and longevity. His commitment to providing his clientele with great quality food products is a rarity in today’s profit focused economy. He has certainly gained us as long term customers.

When I ordered from this establishment today there was a slight miscommunication and I was given and paid for the wrong pizza, but the manager, Harry, and I had a dispute over this issue and he gave me a partial refund with the pizza I already paid for, even if i didn’t get the pizza I wanted, I want to give a very big shout out to Harry and the rest of his team due to the hospitality and their ability to make great food. I order from here regularly and I love the pizza here, it’s much better than any of the bigger chains like dominos, pizza hut etc and you’ll have a pretty hard time tryna find a pizza spot that makes better pizza than vito's. I’m all for supporting small businesses and i’ll definitely keep supporting this place for sure, their prices are also great value for the amount you’re getting.
