It took me sometime to write this as I was very upset at what I saw but did not know how to express my disgust. I have changed my mind and decided to leave this here because I do not want anyone else to experience this or feel as uncomfortable as I did. I visited this location on April 17th at 3pm with a bunch of my friends and I was appalled at what happened to us. Firstly, we were greeted and sat down by a lovely and gracious woman with red hair who to be quite frank did not deserve to be spoken to or treated the way she was by her colleague and unfortunately our server for the day. After being seated I scanned the QR code on the table which acts as both the menu and tells you who your server is. Our server was a woman by the name of Chevon Brown. She was the complete opposite of the kind red-headed woman who took the time to seat us and treat us like human beings. Ms. Brown not only refused to serve us but began yelling at the red-headed woman that she "does not serve kids!" My friends and I range in age from 21-25. Ms. Brown then sat by the bar on her phone and ignored us for the majority of our very disappointing visit. The only time this woman came around to our table was to drop food off and she seemed annoyed to do so. How are we supposed to eat if we have no cutlery? She never checked on us, seeing if we were satisfied, food was good, or if we wanted more drinks. Chevon was so upset at the sight of us and seemed to hate us so much that she failed to provide us with utensils. My friend ordered a salad and it arrived forkless! She was put off by this entire interaction. How was she or any of us supposed to enjoy ourselves? If it was not for the other server who was diligently ensuring customer satisfaction by bringing us some cutlery we would not have eaten. If it was not for this gracious individual trying to make our experience pleasurable and pick up where Chevon lacks in empathy, compassion, and interpersonal skills then we would not have stayed for as long as we did. I would ask that this location seriously re-evaluate who they hire. I do not see myself ever returning to this location unless the beautiful red-headed lady is ONLY my server because the very idea of walking in there again and being met with the same unnecessary animosity that Chevon displayed makes me physically ill. Chevon please reconsider your line of work. To the genuine red-headed human being: thank you for your kindness and compassion.

I call it the trash burgers! Tastes like trash and as a former homeless person I know exactly what trash tastes like. Plus do you really want to support Mark Wahlburger who use to steal cars… pathetic, greedy people! That guy doesn’t need any more money so head on down to a dumpster and dive in! I guarantee you’ll find something inside that tastes better.

Decided to give this place a shot while flying out of Pearson. Service was ok, food unfortunately was pretty bland. Had heard good reviews about this place but honestly felt like a below par experience.

Was on a layover and all the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Had a burger which tasted excellent and the beer was ice cold. Will definetely be back next time I land there

I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone. Service was the worst I’ve ever experience at an airport restaurant. Burger was un presentable for the amount of money you are paying for the burgers it looks worse that something you would get from Burger King. Taste was also bland and flavourless. Burger not at standard I accept but the amount the customer service they have at this location is unbelievable. Not just one but all of them had attitude. Take your money and eat elsewhere honestly. Never coming back if only no star existed.

Until now I was thinking it is hard to make bad breakfasts sandwich. Few items from menu were not available and the breakfast sandwich I chose was saggy and oily. Bun was all covered with fat. Definitely not the place you should visit for food. And sticky table and chair on top of this experience

If you use the website with chrome on your mobile device, beware! There are so many bugs - I tried my card several times and each time it showed me an error… and then I proceeded to try MULTIPLE cards, and didn’t realize they charged ALL cards at all times until it showed up on my statement. I’ll need to go and dispute all of these charges now… all because their website is poorly done. I’m not trying to pay over $100 for one burger. Incredibly disappointed and won’t be coming back to any other wahlburger locations

A solid one star experience. I felt like I was interrupting the staff. For we’re sitting at the bar playing on their phone. I walked in, and none of them really seemed like they wanted to get up.They pushed one of the girls at the end to go take our order. It’s about 20 foot from the bar to the area to order and it took her almost a minute. Definitely zero hustle in the staff who work here. The staff have been ruined by the bad morale this airport has. Seeing a bunch of very lazy airport employees mindlessly avoiding work is toxic and the toxicity has spread to the workforce at Wahlburgers. Not many options in the international terminal. Hopefully your experience is better than mine. The worst part is after providing such a horrific experience. They have the audacity to ask for a tip.Definitely avoid.

I paid $20 for the worst burger i’ve had in my life. Well done is an understatement. I’m from the Boston area and have been to the original Wahlburgers in Hingham and that place is at least 10 times better than the one in the toronto airport. Don’t waste your money for a small hockey puck of a burger and unseasoned fries. I get it’s an airport but i expected it to be almost as good as the original place. I’d rather have had mcdonald’s.. I would’ve rated 0 if I could. Not all Wahlburgers are terrible like this one!

We were served by the friendliest, most helpful, and informative person. Our food allergies were all catered for, and the food was the best we had had in days. I'm so glad we stumbled into this Wahlburgers.

The fact that you're forced to order through your phone and the bartender won't even speak/look at you unless you've ordered is utterly despicable. What a joke. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Unless you frequent a restaurant that cooks their patties on the surface of the sun…You will struggle to find a drier burger.…and yet the tater tots were mushy and falling apart.Mark Whalberg isn’t even handsome enough to make up for it.2/5

They should change the name from walhburger to mehburger, cause the burger was meh, frozen patty, frozen fries, about the same I'd expect from McDonald's.......they serve alcohol and the service was pretty good......only saving

Sat by the bar, tried to flag a waiter no luck, tried the terrible order system, gave up on that. What sent me out of the restaurant in a hurry was a bug crawling out of the beer taps machine. Wish I snapped a pic. Walhburgs, you need to visit this establishment which is tarnishing you name!
