Wally's Family Restaurant

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Wally's Restaurant in Mississauga this morning. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm, cozy atmosphere — soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a clean, inviting dining space that immediately put me at ease. The staff were friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive without ever being intrusive.

The food was perfect! We tried their Breakfast Combo, Hamburger Combo, and Steak Combo. The Breakfast Combo came with three perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, and fries. Both the Hamburger and Steak Combos came with fries and a pop. Every dish looked beautifully plated and tasted even better. The flavors were rich and balanced, and you could really tell that fresh ingredients were used. The portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming.

The overall experience felt like great value for the price. Wally's Restaurant delivers high-quality food, warm hospitality, and a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to linger a little longer.

I left fully satisfied and already thinking about what to try on my next visit. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a great diner experience with delicious flavors and genuinely welcoming service!

If I could leave a review with 0 stars I would . The service was horrible . I ordered a breakfast and in my bacon there was a hair . I told my server and he told the cook with grey hair about the hair and the cook yelled out in the middle of the restaurant WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT THAT . Did not apologize rude service and was mad I found a hair in my food . Probably one of the worst service I have had in 2025 . Would highly not recommend going here . Mc Donald’s or Tim Hortons does a better job service wise .

This is a very chill, easy go place. The atmosphere is very relaxed and you feel like you are dining in a restaurant which was there since 50 years. Nothing fancy. But the feeling is nice. The food is regular, nothing out of this world, but it surely worth visiting. Fish burger is 4/5. Sausage omlette is 2/5. Steak on a kaiser is 2/5.

The quality is not what it used to be. Only good thing is, it’s one of few places open late in Mississauga.

I've been going to Wally's at Hurontario & Central Pkwy since 1985. In fact in 1987 on a very late Saturday night actually Sunday morning I met my 1st girlfriend who was a stripper. This location was very popular in those days for strippers, Patched motorcycle gang members, bartenders, clubbers, and anyone that wanted chow really late.
It may look a bit tired inside these days but the chow remains as decent as it was in 1987.
Recently I've been coming here because I'm in the area. The chicken souvlaki dinner is fit for a champ. Doesn't matter what you do for a living or who you are, if you wanna eat like a champ you'll order the chicken souvlaki dinner. And if you came decades in the past like myself, the memories will accompany your chow !
Every bite I take reminds me of Crystal with her natural double D's (1987) !
Wally's is where you wanna go if you wanna eat like a champ !

A perfect start to the day! I stopped by Wally’s and was pleasantly surprised by how satisfying the breakfast was.

The pancakes were light, fluffy, and served with just the right amount of syrup and butter—simple and delicious.

I also ordered the omelette platter, which came with perfectly seasoned home-style potatoes and a side of toast. The omelette was cooked just right—not too dry or runny—and the potatoes added a nice, hearty touch.

Everything was served promptly on bright trays with clean presentation. The service was friendly, and the portion sizes were generous for the price.

Highly recommend Wally’s for a classic, no-fuss breakfast that hits the spot!

Best place to order from for your late night cravings. Also the best staff to call and confirm your order. I would recommend this family restaurant for your next meal and if you call them they will be happy to accommodate your needs

Best breakfast in mississauga by far! It's iconic... It was my goto after going out in the 80's glad it's still here... I used to work and bartend at Club Richards on Erin Mills... we could go there and get food...after work.

Do you miss the 80s? Me too. This place is a time capsule! OG decor from the early 80s. It's all just like you remember it. Friendly staff and excellent atmosphere. The food is good too and the prices are excellent. Highly recommended if you're in Mississauga!!
