Tasty food and great service
Always fresh food, tastes great. BUT, customer Service is crap. Their staff needs training on when to say NO, how to take orders, and how to manage conflicts.
Ordering bulk quantities from them would be a great risk, as they just mess up everything and then blames the person who ordered the food.
Watan Matheson location used to be our first choice for corporate orders, but after today none of us will order in bulk from them again. They have ONE manager for all locations!...read full review
