Very unfortunate that thisnis the only restaurant in this beautiful space. We frequent here for lunch and airplanes and the restaurant is always dirty and full of bugs, the staff are rude and slow, and our orders are ALWAYS wrong. Whether in person or drive thru. We were missing an item and the staff member said he "just works here" soni said fine get me a manager. His response was "she's taking drive thru orders"Cool. Take her place and send her here you owe me food. I was in drive thru and told if I wanted it fixed I could get in line inside or go back through the drive thru.I just watched someone wait 7 minutes, for a small coke. It seems thst since this is such a popular tourist destination Wendy's doesn't care about cleanliness, customer service, or quality here.

The staff never spoke English while working, the cashier was rude and would always cut me off while trying to speak. They wore their masks around the neck rather on the faces. The food took forever to recieve and everytime the order was wrong. No condiments were at the table or straws.

Buns on the hamburger were stale. Men's washroom is a single. Tables were dirty. Garbage overflowing. The only thing interesting is this site is a plane spotting location. Like 50 people in the parking lot watching planes arrive. Maybe 100ft altitude approach.

Terrible. Milkshake wasn’t liquid and looked and felt like a solid blob of sugar. Anout the cheeseburger: It honestly surprised how you could make such a bad burger; dry and plastic cheese. It was cheap though, so 2 stars is fair.

After a five year absence from the place, I was hoping I'd lost the taste for a double cheeseburger. No such luck! The endorphins were flowing the entire time, as I enjoyed the best burger ever. Add the fries, and I was in heaven.Great, friendly service and accurate order. No complaint.The view from the table was entertaining, as aircraft landed in front of us.Outside, we watched arriving and departing jets, with a bunch of other folks, under the approach.

i would give this place a one star if i could. my personal experience was just not good. they did not listen to any special instructions as to leaving toppings off and also didn’t give us the sizes we had asked for

Went to the Wendy's on my break around 5:50 today for quick snack. There were only 3 people in front of me. Should not be a problem grab the food and go. Or so I thought. The cashier was obviously new and they left her to fend for herself. The service was SLOW. Then these older couple on front of me had a coupon for Dave's single cheeseburger combo for $10 and with that they ordered chicken strips and fries. She tells them the bill is $26. They are right fully freaking out how can that be. She insists that the price because her register says so. She call her co worker who looks at it and says it $26. They ask for the receipt as something is wrong cuz even with tax it should not be that much. By this time the cashier is calling the manager several time and no response from the manager. Finally the manager come, and she tells her that she punched in wrong coupon. She has to read the content of the couple before entering it and will have to do it again. At this point I only 10 left to get back to work.In the end I got to spend 20 in line waiting and did not even get anything Sad service really

Giving 2 stars only because the chicken sandwich was fresh.They charged 9.99 for a salad that only had a bunch of spring greens aith 4 pieces of apple bits and 6 tiny nibbles of dry grilled chicken.The sandwich combo was $12 and came with a tiny thin chicken sandwich and a little bit of fries with an extra large cup of coke that was halfway filled only with ice.I paid 26$ for something that seemed only $10 worth. Especially the salad - really disappointing.
Spotted mold in the cheese of the salad meal, staff was kind enough to replace the meal.Staff please do proper quality food checks before serving your customers, thank you!

Very dirty inside the restaurant. Bathroom in disgusting condition..no toilet paper. Very slow staff. Needs renovations asap!! Seriously you call this restaurant. I hope ministry of health checks this place
