The food was super fresh and hot. The fries filled the container, you don't see that these days!

Just dirty, hamburger was gross really questionable if it was safe to eat. Pop machine had splatter all over from a couple days ago probably.

Food was great but service was awful. Walked in nobody was there at the counter, server stood back and stared at me until I spoke up and said I was there to pick up a mobile order and gave my initials for the order. She then walked over to the counter and was looking for the bag, the lady in the lobby who I assume is the manager said here, reached over the counter and placed the bag in front of me and walked away without saying anything. I looked at the lady behind the counter and asked if I could please have a tray for my drinks then she got a tray, dropped it in front of me on the counter without saying anything and walked away, never offered to put the drinks in the tray. Very poor costumer service and I have never been treated like this before. I frequently go to this location, eglinton, as well as the location in Oakville near the college. By far this location has given the worst service compared to the other locations where I’ve had great service.

Wendy's has some solid food, I think where they shine is their spicy chicken and their frosty. Their burgers are better then some other chain fastgood restaraunts but that's about it. The location itself is clean, moves at a decent rate, drivethrougj and also had a fair amount of parking. They also have self serve drinks here which I prefer.

Not sure how you manage to give me 3 complete different things then I asked for. Got home to see food I didn’t ask for nor I can eat.
We like to go there because it's clean and usually less crowded. My daughter spilled my drink and it was messy. We apologized while the staff cleaned up. Instead of just a "it's ok", the staff told my daughter he used to spill a lot too when he was small. That was a comforting thing to say. He is such a kind man.

This location gets my order wrong most of the time and this past week was the final straw. I don’t get how they mess up special requests such as omitting an ingredient like tomatoes when I request it. I’m allergic to such ingredient. Such gross negligence and incompetent order takers.

Ordered sausage wrap here and they forget to put sausage there. All workers are chit chatting there which makes a lot of noise.

Supervisors have very poor customer service and they treat their employees harshly in front of customers.
I asked for my points to be applied to the app (as I forgot to present it before ordering) so the supervisor very rudely gave me a lecture and made it a big deal then proceeded to double charged me and refunded me cash. What a mess for such a simple request. They have no idea what they are doing there. It’s a points system implemented from Wendy’s so they ought to assist and implement their own points system in all circumstances.
There is also no diversity of employees either. Where is the multiculturalism in your hiring process?
This location does not follow Wendy’s customer service and ethics policy.

I ordered using Skip and when I opened the bag I immediately knew it was the completely wrong order. I had ordered two single burger combos with fries and 2 soft drinks and instead got a salad of some sort, 2 sides of some sort and a small white drink of some sort. I ran out o the driver and told him but that was the only order he was given so I called the restaurant and they confirmed they gave the wrong order to the driver. I got a refund from Skip and re-ordered the same items and then received the correct order PLUS an extra burger with a note that it was free as a apology and compensation for the inconvenience I experienced.

Did a mobile order 16 minutes in advance at 9:30am. When I got to the drive thru window they asked me to park my car and wait because my order still wasn’t ready. Ended up waiting minutes still. So 30 minute wait for food?
