Ordered fresh 10 piece nuggets and they gave me nuggets that were sitting. They were hesitant to give me the bag. Maybe they were wondering if I noticed. Then after they made fresh nuggets, they gave me 9 instead of 10. I had to asked multiple times for drink, receipt and sauce. Nothing major, just a lot of small inconveniences and bad service.

Terrible customer service!!! I placed an uber pick up order and went through drive thru to pick when it said ready on the app. They said you have to pick from the walk in counter, we won’t give it on drive thru. I said ok I’ll walk in next time can you please give it to me this time. Then they started saying it’s not ready yet. They kept arguing in very rude tone. Just can’t understand the arrogance for a customer. I had to park my car and walk in and got late for work.

Bunch a thieves stole $5 when I buy a frosties that cost $0.99 they charge me $2.49 and they give me a receipt whit the $3.39 charge 😤

Worst experience ever one will have it, is in this place ‼️the people on the counter Have no idea what customer services is‼️ I was having difficult time on the app and the lady on the counter gave me blank looks and said do it yourself instead of helping me, and then she shrugged it height of it. Honestly decent little spot. Food is always as expected and lots of options especially with the breakfast menu. Rarely do i have a wrong or forgotten order, The staff is quite a highlight too very respectful and it seems like everyone is actually trying to do a good job, not typically super busy but even when it is things still go very smooth, the atmosphere is your typical fast food place, but funny enough the Wendy's side is significantly better
