Had a horrible experience here. I had an offer that I wanted to use and I asked Harry to process it. He told me that if I refund my current order to take advantage of the offer, he would not serve me and I couldn’t get my food. I then said to him, if I wanted a full refund because I didn’t want my food, you would have to refund it, he then said yes. So I said I want a refund. He then processed my coupon and gave me my order without refunding it.

He was very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. He needs customer service training.

Roshini is an extremely professional, positive and efficient host. She treats customers and her team with a high level of respect and care. The entire Wendy's team here is extremely efficient and prepares orders quickly and accurately. Even during the lunch rush on a Friday they get fresh food out as fast as I've ever seen. Highly recommend this location.

The individual taking orders is rude. I felt like I was annoying this person by placing an order. Then I realized the employee rang in my order incorrectly. I did not bother saying anything because of they way that person made me feel at the cash. I ate the food anyway and it was dry and tasted disgusting. The tables were dirty. We only order 4 items and 4 customers behind us got their orders before us. The staff were more focused on the drive thru. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Wendy's. What is happening?

The wendys is right down the road from where I work. The ladies working are always so friendly! It's a fairly busy location, especially around lunch, but they're pretty fast. I'm always served hot food and cold drinks! Def my quick go to food spot for lunch!

I was buying my lunch yesterday at the store located in 1420 Midway Blvd. and had a very disappointing experience. I always buy my lunch on this store (#3082) whenever I don’t have food for lunch since it’s near to my workplace but thinking of not going back anymore. It’s been my second time that I felt that staffs handling the drive thru orders were acting rude and unfriendly. The first time I remembered I had issue, it was the same lady (Diane) who took my order and serves on the window. I was very clear everytime to include my free Frosty from keytag whenever ordering a combo meal but lately they were always giving just half of the small cup and worse is not taking it from order. The cashier (Rubiatun) even argued with me when I politely asked if the free frosty is included in my order and she said in an unfriendly tone that I should be asking it during my order from the speaker and not in the cashier’s window when I actually did. I think this is also something Wendy’s should improve, why the cashier is not the one talking to customers and taking orders on drive thru to avoid confusion with customers? The one taking the orders were inside the store which I think is just a waste of resource when the cashier should be the one doing it. This store has a lot of staff during lunch time but is still having problems dealing with customers order and it’s really disappointing. So today the same cashier and host served my order and again, I had a hard time explaining that the free frosty should be included from my combo sandwich order hence they replaced my chocolate frosticcino for the small frosty! I ordered 2 drinks but when I asked it on the receiving window, the staff which I forgot to take the name were very rude and keeps on insisting that no, I only ordered one drink when she’s not even the one who took my order. I mean a simple apology would be appreciated but she was rude and I felt like I am not being valued as a regular customer. I even saw Diane, the white lady who I think remembers me from last time shaking her head as if she’s disappointed from me buying at your store. These ladies really lack customer service, I am not asking much from that cause I know it’s busy hours but their gestures and the way they handled this simple issue makes me really upset. Are they even trained to do customer service? Cause I don’t feel like it anymore and they were just hired without trainings or experience with customer service works. And since the line were getting filed up behind me, I just asked this staff if she put the receipt in the bag for my order and she said yes, and closed the window. When I got back to my work, the receipt was not there! She intentionally removed it cause she knows I can do survey. When I went back and asked for it, to my surprise she were easily able to locate it as if she keep it if ever I return which I did, after serving a lot of customers after me lol. It’s really sad to do this kind of reviews instead of me giving commendation but this needs attention because if your staff are always like this, for sure you will lose customers.

Some of the best Wendy’s I’ve had, maybe I got lucky but everything was fresh, hot and tasted delicious.
Staff were all very happy to help and very friendly.
Sitting at the end of an airport runway and eating a burger was an awesome experience.
Highly recommend this location
