Bunch a thieves stole $5 when I buy a frosties that cost $0.99 they charge me $2.49 and they give me a receipt whit the $3.39 charge 😤

Worst experience ever one will have it, is in this place ‼️the people on the counter Have no idea what customer services is‼️ I was having difficult time on the app and the lady on the counter gave me blank looks and said do it yourself instead of helping me, and then she shrugged it height of it. It’s so annoying‼️ fire all these Good for nothing employee😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Honestly decent little spot. Food is always as expected and lots of options especially with the breakfast menu. Rarely do i have a wrong or forgotten order, The staff is quite a highlight too very respectful and it seems like everyone is actually trying to do a good job, not typically super busy but even when it is things still go very smooth, the atmosphere is your typical fast food place, but funny enough the Wendy's side is significantly better

Had a horrible experience here. I had an offer that I wanted to use and I asked Harry to process it. He told me that if I refund my current order to take advantage of the offer, he would not serve me and I couldn’t get my food. I then said to him, if I wanted a full refund because I didn’t want my food, you would have to refund it, he then said yes. So I said I want a refund. He then processed my coupon and gave me my order without refunding it.

He was very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. He needs customer service training.

Roshini is an extremely professional, positive and efficient host. She treats customers and her team with a high level of respect and care. The entire Wendy's team here is extremely efficient and prepares orders quickly and accurately. Even during the lunch rush on a Friday they get fresh food out as fast as I've ever seen. Highly recommend this location.

The individual taking orders is rude. I felt like I was annoying this person by placing an order. Then I realized the employee rang in my order incorrectly. I did not bother saying anything because of they way that person made me feel at the cash. I ate the food anyway and it was dry and tasted disgusting. The tables were dirty. We only order 4 items and 4 customers behind us got their orders before us. The staff were more focused on the drive thru. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Wendy's. What is happening?
