Asked for 2 junior bacon cheese burgers along with double stack with 6 piece nuggets. I got 4 nuggets one jbc with no bacon on it and a double stack with half the toppings on it.....this is the second time I got to this location and I get shorted on food and they mess up the order

Rude Staff. Very indifferent to customers and prefer talking among themselves. Made wait 15 minutes for a pickup order that was ready the whole time.

I visited this location recently and ordered a 6-piece nugget. I paid $5.10 so required $1.15 in change, but the clerk only gave me 15 cents and immediately walked away to prepare the order. I tried to get his attention, and when he finally responded, he admitted he knew he hadn’t given me the missing $1.00. This was a strange and disappointing experience. I hope the store pays closer attention to customer interactions and ensures staff handle payments accurately and respectfully.

Terrible service especially from Mansi, ordered ahead of time on the app yet they still managed to take 12mins to make my food. Asked them to compensate with a lemonade and they said no. Watched them serve 5 customers who paid in person get their food ahead of me. Pathetic.

Ordered fresh 10 piece nuggets and they gave me nuggets that were sitting. They were hesitant to give me the bag. Maybe they were wondering if I noticed. Then after they made fresh nuggets, they gave me 9 instead of 10. I had to asked multiple times for drink, receipt and sauce. Nothing major, just a lot of small inconveniences and bad service.

Terrible customer service!!! I placed an uber pick up order and went through drive thru to pick when it said ready on the app. They said you have to pick from the walk in counter, we won’t give it on drive thru. I said ok I’ll walk in next time can you please give it to me this time. Then they started saying it’s not ready yet. They kept arguing in very rude tone. Just can’t understand the arrogance for a customer. I had to park my car and walk in and got late for work.
