I ordered a chicken burger from the Toronto Airport location. All the experience was good. It took longer than expected, but it was not their fault. There was too much rush, and everyone wanted everything fast. The staff was doing their job great. I gave them a good tip to appreciate their hard work. Thanks!

I just want to comment about #Tamanna customer service she is quick and smiling all the time. She is the best crew member in the whole Wendy’s. I work in the airport and I am going here like 4 times a week. And she is the one taking my order and she is quick and hard working.

I ordered online, but the food arrived cold. The fries were hard and lifeless, and my hot coffee was lukewarm. I haven’t tried the breakfast wrap yet, but I’m already losing my appetite. The crew was rude and unfriendly. I’m pregnant and wearing baggy clothes, and this was the worst experience I’ve had at Wendy’s.

This is a great location with great food and even better staff! I really enjoy every time I come here and I come here often. Special praise to Tammana as she is one of the stand-out staff at this location.
I’m beyond annoyed with this location. They mess up your order and give you attitude as if you did something wrong.
Wendy’s at this location is very nice. Fast service. The staffs are amazing. Tamnah is always there to help with a welcoming smile.
