Wendy’s is a great option when you’re on a keto diet

This is a great location with great food and even better staff! I really enjoy every time I come here and I come here often. Special praise to Tammana as she is one of the stand-out staff at this location.

I’m beyond annoyed with this location. They mess up your order and give you attitude as if you did something wrong.

Wendy’s at this location is very nice. Fast service. The staffs are amazing. Tamnah is always there to help with a welcoming smile.

Pearson Terminal 3 :
This is a Very poorly managed Wendy’s branch, untrained server and rude cleaning staff ( Hemet ) he told us to get up and sit outside the seating area because has to clean, we had to sit in the walking area where passengers were bumping into our chairs, after he finished cleaning he told us to get up and sit somewhere else because now he has to arrange the tables again, he was very argumentative and rude, told us to go and complain to his manager,

The cashier was so rude. She asked which drink I wanted, but she said something I couldn’t hear clearly. When I asked her to repeat it, she became rude. Instead of answering me, she slammed her hand on the soda fountain. After preparing the drink, she didn’t even say anything to me. I had to ask her where my drink was. What a terrible experiences, would never back again.

I trust fast-food restaurant for quality of meat, other than high sodium, fat and sugar, but today, after I ate here, needed make mess in the washroom. Very bad

Picture this: You saunter into Wendy's, feeling like the smooth operator you are, and order up a Dave's Single. As you unwrap that foil package, it's like opening a present from the burger gods themselves. The aroma hits you like a snazzlefrump potion, making your mouth water faster than Fizzlepop the Forgetful Fairy can misplace her wand.
You take that first bite, and bam! The juicy, never-frozen beef patty has a coarse grind and a slight crust that'll make you say "By the power of sparklewinks, this is good!" The fresh veggies add a crisp flibberflab of texture, while the cheese melts just right, like a glimmerglow hug for your taste buds.

Is it perfect? Well, Bumblebop the Bumbling Detective might need to investigate the somewhat lonely placement of sauce. But overall, this burger's got more spunk than a Jingle Jangle jingle, making it a snickerfritz of a meal that'll leave you feeling like you've won the fast-food lottery.

in short if yer at Pearson at any terminal make your way over here. I spoke to the staff and presumably they take kindly to the milkshake gagggle.... its the move where you order a frosty any size and just toss it over the counter... I scored a free burger this way! Just ask the Grenville and Williams Davis Courthouse.

Vegetarian options: They have non dairy frosties... ask Gordon... supervisor there

Dietary restrictions: You can unsalt those fries and you can also ask for a beef flavored burger if thats your thing

Parking: There's soooo much free parking around here. Just pull on up and park dat vehicle.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids just jumping around.. i mean some were crying i guess cuz they didnt score a frosty... I did! it was tastey.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheeels are neeeded. are you kidddding me?! Totallly wheeels friendly.. I'd consider decking those wheeels out with a bit of flair...

Excellent Staff! I always stop by this location and the staff is excellent. They deal with some difficult customers. They are customer service pro’s, I see it every visit. My Spicy chicken was perfect, chilli was amazing.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I started placing an order but quickly changed my mind and asked to switch to something else before I even paid. However, the lady assisting me, named Harman, told me that the sandwich had already been made and that she wouldn’t take my new order, all of that happened in less than 1 minutes so I guess the sandwich wasmade already. She insisted I pay for the sandwich anyway, or she wouldn't serve me anything at all.

This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's so disheartening to be treated this way, especially right before my vacation. I’m truly disappointed !

I hope the managers will take this review very seriously, it is impossible for people to receive such service !
