Visiting this particular Wendy's after working here 20 years brought back a wave of nostalgia. Stepping inside again reminded me of the good times and camaraderie from those days. The familiar layout and smell of fresh burgers and fries were comforting, though the décor and menu have evolved. The food quality is still spot on—Wendy's continues to deliver juicy burgers, crispy fries, and the iconic Frosty, which tasted as great as I remembered. The service was friendly, and overall, it was a delightful trip down memory lane!

The drive through service at the place, and all Wendys for that matter are purposing trying to trick, cheat, manipulate, heck steal from us. They try and fool us by: 1 - not showing the total of you order on the screen or if they even do its after you move on. 2 - they always ask you " do you want medium or large" when you order a combo. when we all know the price you see on the pictures are for the small. 3- they try their hardest the not show you the machine screen when you try and tap your card and they almost never tell you the total.
I have always know this but the last straw was when I asked specifically for the feature combo on my app that was $7.99 (small combo) and of course they ask you if you want medium or large. I said ok medium this time as it was usually $2-3 more added on to the $7.99. Well as im taping my card the lady goes $15.??.
No they don't even include napkins.

So this Wendy is okay as other wendys but as same fashion with other fast food chains at this location, this place has no security.
Today, October 6, from 16:00 till 17:19 and idk how much longer. A drug addict - old white male was roaming around and harassing people.
Yet this situation and their neighbour store didn’t do any action to remove him from location.
Please my request and the agenda of this review is to implement basic security who can see the well being of customers.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND CEASOR SALAD , CLASSIC CHICKEN BURGER and COMBO.
There is no way this Wendy’s is serving 1/4 lbs patties; despite signage and menu stating it is. If u go to another Wendy’s you get soooo much more meat for the same price.
Don’t go here right now until the managers fix this issue. You are wasting money. Get food from Tim Hortons and eat on their side, it’s nice in there but they are not giving you the food you paid for.
