Very disappointing experience at this location (6966 Financial Dr) on Oct 19, 2025. It was raining heavily, so I couldn’t place an order at the speaker and went straight to the window, as the first one is always closed. I was not greeted properly—instead, an employee (Maurisa) abruptly shoved the payment terminal toward me for someone else's order, with no hello or clarification. When I explained I hadn’t ordered due to the rain, she responded with an irritated “Okay.” I tried to place a small order (just six nuggets), but she kept interrupting and gesturing in a rude, impatient manner. When I calmly asked why she was acting that way, she continued the same behavior. I asked to speak to a manager, and she claimed she was the manager. When I asked to speak to someone else, she shut the window on me. Another employee, Baljeet (or possibly Balveet), eventually came to the window and reluctantly confirmed the employee’s name and position with hesitation and the fact that they were in the same uniform made it hard to believe she’s actually the manager since managers are usually in a different uniform. . I placed my order with her instead. As someone with years of experience in food service and customer care, this was unacceptable. I remained respectful, but the treatment I received was unprofessional and dismissive. I won’t be returning and hope management seriously addresses this issue.
