Every so often I order from Wendy's. Food is good and I like the frosty's, they remind me of the old McDonald Shakes. But Wendy's now has a problem. If you get a frosty and a lid is placed on it, it is close to impossible to remove. I had to take it up and I got another free of charge, the manager was very nice about it. Good quality chicken burgers at affordable prices and relevant offers on the app help save on similar purchases. Drive through experience is efficient and staff are 99% of time helpful in utilizing the offers and being courteous. Dining experience isn't as good. A good fast food option especially for the price and quality.
