went to drive thru at 4:16 pm January 4th cashier was very rude and gave me 2 3 piece chicken strip combos instead of 2 5 piece chicken strip combos waste of my time and money charged me for the 5 piece.

Came just a bit before 10 and asked for breakfast items, was told they weren't serving breakfast. Alright not a huge issue, ordered a sandwich and 2 wraps. The sandwich was missing the meat and only one wrap was placed in the bag... Absolutely terrible will not be coming back here.

Nothing like getting down the road and realizing they gave you the totally wrong burger. Sigh. Guy in drive thru was rude and hardly looked at me. Not surprised he got it wrong. No time to go back sigh. Will prob pick a different a different location next t8me.

Dec 01 arround 4:30pm. I had a coupon that needed to collect rewards. The staff /guy was very rude. I gave my app code before using the coupon first. He insist to scan the coupon before the order. After the coupon scanned. I asked to scan my app to get the points again. He then became inpatient and told me it needs to be canceled the order. Then, he said it should scan my app code first. But that's what I wanted before I ordered. He started to speak his own language with his coworker. They both laughed. I feel offended. If Wendy's rolled out the rewards program. What's the point to joke about it.
Shout out to ritu she deserves a raise, great customer service, kind and extremely efficient!!! One thing y’all are doing right is keeping her with youuuu!! Thank you so much ritu hope you’re appreciated!!

Walked in to get the Krabby Patty special with my family and it smelt like literal poo in here. Like the massive hit of human feces in the entire restaurant.
I have no idea how you can run a food business that smells this off putting. I wouldn’t trust the quality of the food

The manager refused to give my young friend the 10% discount on 1 cheese burger. I am senior and my friend explained this to her. My friend has been picking up the cheese burger for about 1 year with no problems until the female manager came. We have never seen her before so she must be new. She was rude to my friend then she was rude to the staff. The restaurant would be more successful if the manager knew what customer service is. The discount on 1 cheese burger is .70. I have tried 6 times to contact customer care as they requested below. By phone and by email. Unsuccessful. By phone the person hangs up before I am able to explain the situation and email it says the address is not recognized? Unbelievable!

my personal experience was amazing i had help from gurvinder and his service was spectacular if you want the best service, nicest worker go to guvinder he’s so kind, nice and helped me when i was having trouble.
