Worst service I have gotten from a Wendy’s. Staff need better training and stop telling customers no because you want to be lazy when it’s an easy fix. Turning customers away because you lack customer focus and loosing the company money isn’t a flex.

This Wendy’s location was the very first one I visited in Canada, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best compared to the ones I’ve been to since. We ordered poutine, and it was made perfectly — probably the best one I’ve had so far. The burger was fine, nothing special, but I would definitely come back just for the poutine.
I’d say cleanliness could be improved a little.
Would I return? Yes, absolutely — if I’m in the area again, I’d be happy to stop by.
My dave’s single looks like Dave went into the kitchen and made it himself. Each bite had every ingredient. Perfectly dispersed and the right amount. Just perfect. Whoever made this burger. I see your effort.

This is spicy chicken burger, $7.29... on photo it should be much bigger plus a piece of tomato, and more lettuce... this burger in photo looks so pathetic. Please don't sell anything if you're intend to do business, it's just shame...

i asked for extra hot sauce at the drive thru window. he gave me one packet and when i asked for more, he said there were already 3 packets in there. i got home and there was only 1 packet in my bag. we’re seriously being stingy and lying about hot sauce packets now?
