Ever since orlando corporation and the property owners banned car enthusiasts from parking and being paying customers the service, food, quality of freshness, and atmosphere went completely downhill. This effected the environment alot, none of my friends eat here anymore and it closes really early around 12am on a friday and Saturday night. Ill be taking my loyalty to another location.

I had Wendy’s breakfast this morning and it was really disappointing. The sausage on my sandwich was burnt and had a strong, bitter taste that completely ruined the flavor. The bread was dry and tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for a while. Nothing about it seemed fresh or carefully prepared. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering breakfast from here.

Waiting on a drive through line with only two cars in front of me waiting for 10mins when I got to the window two ladies I. There cell phones when I said that why are they on there phone one lady ran to the food prep area not the first time very slow place

Yesterday, I went at Wendy's Heartland and the customer service at Wendy’s is friendly, fast, and welcoming. Staff members are polite and make sure orders are taken accurately. Even during busy times, employees work efficiently to serve customers quickly. They are helpful when answering questions or handling special requests. The chili was also very good hot, fresh, and delicious.

I ordered a large chili with fries but was given a small chili instead. I contacted the store and spoke to a staff member named Gurvinder, who acknowledged the mistake and assured me that I would receive the correct item on my next visit.
Today, I went through the drive-through and reminded them about the previous issue. Gurvinder said he would include the chili with my current order. However, at the window, he handed me a half-filled small chili, which was not even placed in the bag and told me that he needed to confirm with his supervisor tomorrow before giving me a large one.
I explained that I had ordered and expected to today, not wait another day. He showed no concern or willingness to resolve the issue properly. As a result, I declined to take the chili.
This experience was disappointing — not only was my original order incorrect, but the follow-up service was dismissive and unhelpful.

We asked and paid for five chicken strips and we only got 3. We only found out when we were in high way so we couldnt go back.

First time having breakfast at this location. first the guy taking orders at window has no customer people skills, wonder how many mornings he ruined that day. I have to say first the sausage & egg wrap I order was good, but the potato wedges were none edible. It was like they were left over from night before, they were so hard you couldn’t bite into them. Also I order a tea with 1 sugar and it tasted like there was 3 sugar in it, so that I also couldn’t drink that. The Wendy’s in Brampton at Sandlewood plaza is top notch compared to this location. I will avoid this one next time.
