I ordered a large chili with fries but was given a small chili instead. I contacted the store and spoke to a staff member named Gurvinder, who acknowledged the mistake and assured me that I would receive the correct item on my next visit.
Today, I went through the drive-through and reminded them about the previous issue. Gurvinder said he would include the chili with my current order. However, at the window, he handed me a half-filled small chili, which was not even placed in the bag and told me that he needed to confirm with his supervisor tomorrow before giving me a large one.
I explained that I had ordered and expected to today, not wait another day. He showed no concern or willingness to resolve the issue properly. As a result, I declined to take the chili.
This experience was disappointing — not only was my original order incorrect, but the follow-up service was dismissive and unhelpful.

First time having breakfast at this location. first the guy taking orders at window has no customer people skills, wonder how many mornings he ruined that day. I have to say first the sausage & egg wrap I order was good, but the potato wedges were none edible. It was like they were left over from night before, they were so hard you couldn’t bite into them. Also I order a tea with 1 sugar and it tasted like there was 3 sugar in it, so that I also couldn’t drink that. The Wendy’s in Brampton at Sandlewood plaza is top notch compared to this location. I will avoid this one next time.

The guy who serves there is honestly the best I’ve ever seen. He’s always so kind and respectful. If I were the CEO of Wendy’s, I’d make him a district manager without hesitation!

This place is absolutely terrible. Ordered two sandwiches at the drive-thru and got only one. When I called, the staff were rude and unprofessional. Kevin, the one who took my order, refused to take responsibility, and when I asked for the manager, he handed the call to some random person who wasn’t even a manager.
This isn’t just a one-time mistake — I’ve seen the same arrogant behavior during late-night shifts too. The staff act like they’re doing customers a favor by just being there, with zero respect and zero accountability. Completely unprofessional and careless attitude.
If you value your time, money, and basic respect, avoid this place.

Empty place, I’m the only one at the counter, it takes forever for someone to take the order, the whole time she’s acting like I have dared to bother her during some very important task. One girl working in the kitchen hen with a few more standing around screaming at the top of her lungs. Asked for extra ketchup on the burger, barely got any at all, had to drive back to get some. From a condescending server in the window. I should have walked right back in, returned the food and asked for my money back. Will never return to this location, if to any at all. Avoid like fire, save your time, money and nerves.
