This location never puts mustard on your burger, even if you ask for mustard. They put 2 little packets of mustard in the bag. Very messy to deal with. Staff says they don't buy bulk mustard. Not to Wendy's standards. Avoid this dump.

I prefer going to Wendy's over McDonald's any day. This was the first time I was going to this location and I was highly disappointed because even though the burgers are made fresh, the employee did not take time to take all the grease out before putting the burger into the bun. And also the ba wrapper was also transparent because of the excess oil seeping into it. I took a picture of the wrapper but I'm not sure if you guys can see from here. It makes me feel like I should start buying fresh ground beef at the grocery store and just making my own homemade burgers knowing that it won't come out greasy like this. Shame on you! Wendy's

I went here for breakfast around 9am on a Sunday and ordered the biggie meal. They gave me sausage instead of what I ordered which was bacon. The place was also very dirty, maybe they had a busy time and didn't have time to clean the tables or floors, but when I was there it was empty 😐. The cashier who took my order was very helpful and patient and I appreciated that, but I doubt I will be revisiting this location for breakfast again.

I really only order the Chicken Tenders and they are always quality. They are Pub style ones to with plum sauce. They are awesome. No issues with staff so far.

Order a CHILI an as you see in the picture they serve me only half cup and the cup already have 1/4 less bottom that you can see to make it smaller. So Wendy cutting food portion to make more profits well remember Tim Horton has CHILI TOO so we have a choice

They may get the order right if they listen. November 19, went through the drive thru and ordered a Bacon Deluxe Single without cheese. What did they give me? Bacon Deluxe Single with cheese. C'mon guys, English is not that hard a language. Or maybe you don't actually care about customer service.

I want to talk to the general manager or the owner here..I come here alot as I work down the street...November 13th Wednesday 2024 I came around 12.05pm ..I ordered a small pouting and 2 Jr cheeseburger...one with bacon...while eating the burger I almost chocked on a peice of sharp plastic that was placed in the burger..I went back to explain what happened and they offered me a free meal which I refused...I have the peice of plastic and I took a video and im about to make this Wendy's go viral on tik tok for putting sharp plastic in my burger...but before I do...I want to speak to the owner
