I visit Wendy’s and Tim Hortons almost every Saturday morning for breakfast before work, and the experience is always consistent and enjoyable. The staff provide friendly and efficient customer service, which makes my visits pleasant every time. The food and drinks are always fresh, served quickly, and the place is well kept. I really appreciate how welcoming the team is, no matter how busy it gets. It’s become a routine stop for me each weekend, and I always leave satisfied. Thank you to the staff for making every visit such a positive experience! Highly recommend stopping by.

went thru the drive thru today at around 12:36, the older lady was lacking customer service skills. i said hi to her, she just sticks the machine out no words, then gives me my food i say thank you, she says nothing. she never spoke to me at all during this interaction. manger seriously needs to start telling staff to be more welcoming, the one in Milton is amazing staff are awesome, this location should take notes. on the other hand, food was great and order was correct.

Always double check your receipt. I did a chicken strips combo, and then used an offer on the app for another three additional strips for $5. They applied the $5 strips to the combo, which made it all individual items Instead of being a combo, and actually made it cost more. The 3 seperate strips were charged full price. Scammed out $3-4. They also got the sauce wrong just to add insult to injury. $3-4 may not be a huge scam but definitely left a bad taste.

Check your bills. The cashier did not apply coupon, and gave wrong price for my meal.
I ended up paying $20 for a burger and fries.

Was a good experience. Used a coupon and got two Dave’s Single Cheeseburger meals and saved $7 off the total with the coupon. The cashier processed the transaction and got me my food in minutes. Will go back again.

Terrible. Wouldn’t allow me to sub a sauce without charging me more - not giving me extra sauce - substituting. Also in addition to charging for sauce - won’t put it on the sandwich - for health and safety must serve on side for cost - excuse me? You’re handling my entire sandwich and can’t open a package of sauce and use it? But can send me away with it for a cost?? Please

Good place. Tim and Wendy next to each other . Please learn to smile. Customers like seeing a smiling face not a angry one. Tnks.Tim side needs to do cleaning from time to time as tables are mostly dirty. Bathroom always stinks.

We went to this Wendy’s a couple days ago with our full family of 6 to eat dinner. My husband ordered our meal and when he went to bring it to our table, realized they hadn’t given him the fries or drink from his combo meal. When he asked the team leader - she questioned him and argued saying he hadn’t ordered that. After a couple minutes of debate and my husband’s adamance, she then made her staff at cash go back to our order and reprint the ticket (at this point there was a growing number of customers waiting to order) - despite it showing that we ordered those items, she continued to argue with my husband that we didn’t order them and that we were wrong. Eventually she gave up and gave them to him…. He came to our table and I then realized they’d only given us 3 chicken nuggets vs. 4. He went back to them and she then yelled at her staff in front of us and customers about whether or not she was giving customers 3 or 4 nuggets. She reluctantly gave us the 4th but I felt really bad for her staff that they were berated in front of customers. The food was ok, I think we just aren’t Wendy’s people. It was well made and warm but we didn’t feel great after (I never feel ill after McDonalds fyi). Based on how we were treated and accused for lying… when we literally just wanted to get what we paid for - we will never return to this Wendy’s and honestly, any Wendy’s in general. This establishment needs to offer better customer service training and EQ training for their people leaders.
